Quality product on the expensive end
I love to cook and bake, therefore I like quality items in my kitchen. At times, they come with a hefty price!This whisk is great as far as quality and usage. It is large and also rust free. For me, that is worth the price, which is quite expensive for a whisk.My husband would flip if he knew I paid $17 for a whisk (which is what is came up to after shipping), but, he cannot appreciate what it is worth to have a large whisk for multi-tasking in the kitchen and not have to worry about RUST, which almost always inevitably renders ordinary, less expensive whisks useless after awhile. After buying whisk after whisk at a cheaper price that always ended up rusting, I decided by the time you add up all that $$$ spent, you could have one expensive one that lasts and holds up under all cooking conditions. To me, it is worth it. It still hurt a little to pay that much, but after it is all said and done, I do not regret it:)

This is a LARGE whisk. It is especially great for whipping. It is made of stainless steal and dishwasher safe, so do not worry about it ever rusting. The only down side is the price. Yet, I paid it and have not been dissatisfied. Read more

Froth With Less Fuss
My wife loves lattes and cappuccinos but we did not want to have the kitchen counter taken up with a large espresso machine nor did we want to have to go through the hassle of dealing with heating up the machine to froth the milk. Bingo! The Aerolatte, and its kindred handheld frothers, are simple and relatively easy to use. Frothed milk coffee is now a treat every morning in our house for my wife and for guests. It takes a bit of practice to build up a really nice froth with small bubbles but, for what it is worth, my technique is to heat the cup with hot water, pour in about 1/2" of milk (higher butterfat will yield a more luxuriant froth, but any milk will do), heat the milk in the microwave about a minute and a half or just to the boiling point and then manipulate the spinning wand in the hot milk until the desired level of froth is obtained. Practice with the wand is rewarded with better froth and will help you avoid spinning the milk out of the cup. Learning the technique is a challenge that causes my rating to slip to 4 stars from five.
