I use this whisk almost daily
I purchased this whisk more than 1 year ago and I've used it more than any other whisk in my kitchen. It does a great job mixing & emulsifying liquids (but what whisk doesn't). The plus in my opinion is its ultra-flexible form, which allows me to scrape ingredients off of the sides and out of the nooks of my bowl with efficiency equal to a spatula. Unlike the previous reviewer, I've not had any trouble with rust or other discoloration; it just goes in the dishwasher with everything else. Highly recommended, especially given the price.

I like this whisk a lot. Unlike some of the other silicone-wrapped whisks, this one has the ends of the wrapping tubes tightly sealed inside the handle, so it is easy to keep clean. It also has a hefty weight that helps stir dense sauces.

Worth it
I am of the opinion that much of the Rosle line is overpriced.Their products are always of high quality, but many times, they do not work any better than utensils you can buy at Walmart.However, this is an example of how Rosle got it right.The whisk is very sturdy and easy to employ.And it incorporates lots of air into whipped cream and egg whites.

There are no little crevices for thickened liquid to get caught in, and it's dishwasher-safe. Love it!
I won't use any other whisk since I purchased my Ball Whisk from WMF.I love the way it gets into the corners of a pan when I make candy, sauces or gravy.It beats the eggs for scrambling fast and easy and is a dream to clean.
Great for mixing/folding
Makes the best matzo meals ever.I don't use it for whipping (too noisy, and not as good as my electric hand mixer), but can't be beat for folding yolks into already-beaten whites, and then for folding in the matzo meal at the next step, without losing the fluffiness of the mixture.Just use it like a mixing spoon, and it incorporates the mixture in a snap.

Works "ok" and makes a heckuva racket
Like many shoppers here, I'm always on the lookout for a better mousetrap. When I first got this whisk I was very excited about it and thought it worked great. After a few months though, I've realized that it is really not any better than my regular whisk:it doesn't do as good a job of aerating things; it is just as difficult to clean; and it makes a godawful racket, even against plastic bowls. Adapts to the shape of saucepans and bowls...
Not only is this my favorite whisk, it is truly well made. While making a custard filling for caramel éclairs (you know those magical éclairs in the Simply Irresistible movie) I found that the balloon shape and the way the wires adapt themselves to the shape of a saucepan was highly desirable.

Brilliant.
I love this whisk for two reasons. First, it works great. When you're whisking a vinaigrette with a conventional whisk, you're likely to leave mustard clumps at the bottom of the bowl unless you take an unnaturally long time. The balls on this thing bring it all up very quickly. Similarly for a soup on the stove that you don't want to burn. So it works better than other things in many circumstances. It's also much easier to clean.
