Love this utensil canister
I was pleasantly surprized when I received this item...it was and it is far nicer than I imagined it would be.
Really Great - Functional and Attractive
I thought that this met and exceeded my expectations.It looks great in my kitchen and is very heavy duty.It looks smooth and shiny and is easy to clean.It's also worth repeating that this is very heavy duty, thick and heavy.I read one other review that said she recieved a broken one, and I don't see how that's even possible for this product...maybe it was something else??Anyway, I recommend it especially for the price.

Fabulous product at a great price
I am so impressed with this utensil holder. It is much larger, and heavier, than I thought it would be. Just perfect for fitting quite a few spatulas, long spoons, a sieve and other items I want handy on my counter. In fact, it is such a quality item that I am ordering another one today. my cooking space, including the cabinet drawer space, is small so this product has been a blessing.i especially love the streamlined design and the functionality of sliding hooks.i have my 10 inch splatter screen, mesh strainer, and favorite nylon and wooden cooking utensils hanging from the rack.with the rack attached to the side of my stove's vent hood, i now have my most used cooking tools within easy reach (i attached the rack with a pop riveter so that the rack can handle more weight than would be possible using the pre-packaged double-sided tape). a second plus is the brushed vs. mirror polished surface. also, due to the design of the rack's "end caps" (AND with the proper cutting tool--a dremel would work!), it is possible to cut the length of the rack to fit your needs.to date, i'm leaning very strongly towards saying this tool rack is a bargain, a best buy. ... Flimsy, but Will Serve Purpose.
I was pretty excited about getting the drawer organizer, until I took it out of its wrapping, and it fell apart.The grooves that are supposed to keep the sides, after extending, in place, don't work.I can pick the whole center up, and not worry about the sides moving, because they remain in the drawer. . .which isn't a good thing.I put non-slip drawer liner underneath to see if that will stop if from moving and falling apart when opening the drawer.So far, it doesn't look like that will work, so duct tape seems inevitable...not an accessory I wanted in my new kitchen.

Not a functional product if it's missing parts
I ordered two of these racks and the shipment shows up with the rails only, no hooks, no mounting screws.After flagging the problem quite clearly to customer service, they ship out a replacement set and guess what?The second shipment's as incomplete as the first.And no one at Amazon seems to be able to clearly rectify the problem.So, back they go and after no small amount of time has been wasted on my part as well.
Great price and quality product
Own a super stainless steel pot holder and wanted three matching racks for hanging utensils and chose this product which turned out to be better than I imagined. I ownalot of AllClad stainless cookware, so I know the brand well. What I love about this utensil rack is the hooks, which are hung within the rack itself and not like most hooks that are looped on a storage rack. I like this because when I go to grab a spoon, spatula, whisk etc I don't have to deal with the hook coming off as well. I also appreciate the clean lines and easy installation.Would like the opportunity to buy more hooks separately.

This is a great kit to go along with any All-Clad cookware collection that you might have going already.Though it comes with a very nice looking stainless steel cup, I prefer to use the hanging rack (also available on Amazon if you search for "all-clad hanging rack").Plus its not hard to find an alternate use for the cup for something else. We have been searching for a stainless steel papertowel holder for sometime now and we finally decided to purchase this one from Amazon.com.They truly can make your shopping easier to do without ever having to leave your home.I am very pleased with the Paper Towel Holder and Amazon.com.

Good lookin Till you get it home
I was happy with the sleek look - but unfortunately it's kind of cheaply made. The vertical rods that keep the paper towel in place are loose and bending and no way to tighten at all! Nice looking until you use it, then kind of cheesy. There is acutally the same looking one at Macy's (I have only seen it in-store) and the vertical rod is not loose its very tight, very well made and....inexpensive!!

Don't unscrew the knob . . .
For the most part I really like this paper towel holder.It's sturdy enough for me, but I must not be yanking off the towels as hard as everybody else apparently is.I would suggest not unscrewing the top to change the roll, as it is not a simple task to put it back together.The knob and rod are actually two or three pieces, not one as you would think.Anyway, I've found that you can just pull the empty roll up over the knob and replace it the same way, without unscrewing the top.It's actually easier than screwing around (hah!) with the knob. ...
