i have seen several shoe racks, but the idea of a shoe tree attracted me. this is a product which keeps your shoes in a very organized way, takes much less room than shoe racks, and looks great. amazon offers a very decent price ($ 19.99, whichincludes S&H, which was free as i bought items worth of >$25). if you like browsing, and picking up your favorite shoe, get this revolving tree, it's amazing.

Space saving jewelry holder!
I purchased this jewelry hanger to replace an often unused jewelry amoire.The holder is well-made and almost all of my jewelry fit nicely.It's great to readily be able to see many of my jewelry selections so easily.The only negative I would have is the hanger which while substantial did not have a swivel hook.This was easily solved by my replacing it with my own "heavy duty" hanger which did have a swivel head

Doesn'tVacuum Seal Very Well
I recieved the FoodSaver Vaccuum Seal system as a gift along with two 11" continous roll bags.They worked great but were kind of big for some of the food that I was trying to vacuum and seal so I bought the premade package of 48 quart size bags.I have had nothing but issues with those bags since I got them.They will not vacuum and seal correctly.When I make my own bag with the continious roll material the vacuum and seal works great but not with the quart bags.Even when I have tried both types on the same night, the continious self made bag works the quart bag does not.The vacuum system works well but the quart bags do not.They look and feel like they are made from the same material.The only difference is that the quart bags are about half the width of the 11" bags and they don't stretch across the whole vacuum seal area like the 11" bags do but the manufacturer does mark-off where the optimum vacuum seal area is so you can make sure your bag covers that area and the quart bag does stretch across that area but still will not vacuum and seal.I am just going to buy the 11" roll and make my own bags.

Bedrisers helpful
I recieved these risers in a timely fashion and placed them under the bed immediately.They were easy to place.I needed these for easier access to my bed following knee surgery.Others I tried were not as strong and sturdy.

Huge difference
I bought these a couple of months ago for my extra bedroom before I had about a month full of different overnight guests. I was concerned at first how they would hold up for all of my guests. Let me tell you, they are much stronger then they look. Quality Jewel Cases
For slim jewel cases these are quite impressive. Their durability is outstanding and actually better than I expected. Usually I have been using slim cases primarily for data Cds. These are so convenient and durable I began using these for music CDs. I like them and continue to use them.

Great deck box
As already mentioned by others, this deck box is HUGE (about 5 feet long) and just what I was looking for. I run a small home business and part of my problem was putting packages out for USPS and UPS to pick up on a daily basis. With winter upon us, keeping those packages dry up until pickup has been a problem. I ordered this box and viola, problem solved. It was about a 15 minute job to put it together, no problem. My UPS man remarked on how great the box was and how he wishes everyone had one.

Nice, BIG, and simple to assemble.
I have to laugh at all the comments about the 1x4 piece of wood. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE A PIECE OF WOOD PEOPLE!! Just look at what has to happen to install the lid, and improvise. It took me all of 5 minutes, maybe 3, to assemble this box. I just stuck the flat edge of a big flat head screwdriver on the head of the hinge and tapped the back of the screwdriver with a hammer until the hinge slid thru. I can see people sitting around for weeks with the box unassembled distraught over trying to find a piece of 1x4 lumber. Funny stuff.

Don't bother
I do like the fact that you don't have to buy special refill bags for it, but the Diaper Champ definitely does not control the smell of the diapers.I do change and clean it frequently, but still notice that my son's room still seems to smell of dirty diapers.I have tried the diaper genie as well, and we didn't like that one either.I also find the Diaper Champ pretty unsightly.If I had to do it again, I would just get a regular garbage can with a lid and change it daily.I think it would contain the smell as well as the Diaper Champ.

Smelly from the start - buy the Diaper Dekor instead
I would not recommend this diaper pail; I regret believing its claim of being "odorless."I expect there to be SOME odor, but this stinks all the time.We change it frequently, and yes, I understand that my toddler's poop is going to stink more than an infant's, etc. etc. (referencing other people's reviews) but this pail does NOT do the job.In addition, it frequently sticks when you try to swing the handle to drop the diaper into the pail - and the pail is not full when this happens.Based on all the other reviews I'm thinking maybe I got stuck with a lemon.

I want to start by saying that there isn't a diaper pail in existence that will keep smells out of your house 100%.If you keep a diaper pail full of dirty diapers in the house and think it doesn't smell, you're fooling yourself. Fast for marinating....
I have only used it a few times so far but it has always worked well. I do only hand wash it after reading previous reviews so that could be helping it stay in good shape. It seems like I never have alot of time when I am ready to grill so this product works well for time saving. It gives the meat great flavor in a short amount of time marinating.

Great concept, but canister needs to be redesigned.
I have had four of these, and three have failed.The first two developed cracks, and I suspect that the dishwasher, in which I only washed the bottom part of the marinator as advised, warped and weakened them.After buying two more, the first two having been relegated to the potting shed as seed-starters, I have handled them with kid gloves so to speak, (no dishwasher), and the seal on one fails to hold for even a few hours.So far, so good with the fourth one.Whoopee. These are not cheap items, and even if they were less costly, a 75% failure rate is quite unacceptable.If they really functioned as they should, they would be fabulous for not only marinating in short order, but storing other items as well.All the round canisters and the wide-mouth jar sealer work exceedingly well, but I'll not buy any more "marinators" until there is a successful improvement in design.

Unhygienic lid design!!
I loved this cup when I first purchased it. I'd scoured the internet and stores for a no-spill thermal cup, and thought I'd finally found the perfect one. However, after a few months of use, I noticed I could hear liquid trapped in the lid. If I shook the lid violently, I could get out some drops of the trapped liquid, but never all of it. I also noticed that the the lid would smell awful at the end of a day's use and really demanded washing immediately after use (which in my mind, defeats the purpose of the "travel" mug).

Hard to clean
The cap may seal well but the trade-off is that it's hard to clean.I noticed coffee crud building up in hard to reach areas.After cleaning it, I couldn't towel dry the inside parts andthe water almost never completely dried because no matter what angle I left it at, the water formed a little pool that wouldn't evaporate overnight.Each morning I could shake the cap and hear & see water droplets. I suppose a blast from an air compressor might have done the trick.Anyhow,I threw the mug out today after I noticed bits of something coming out of the cap.I think it is coffee scum buildup, but my wife says its rubbery (is there a hidden gasket?)I recommend looking elsewhere for a simple, easy-to-maintain, keep-my-coffee-hot thermos.It might not seal as well, but it probably won't put dried coffee remains in your favorite drink. ... Stain Shield Works
I have had my set for several years and haven't had any problems. The stain sheild works great especially if you microwave alot. I eat a lot of pasta with red sauce and not stains. The different sizes fit well in the new style lunch boxes. I got rid of all my old Tupperware and replaced them with Rubbermaid and Snapware products. If you have a problem with any item, you can mail it back to Rubbermaid and they will replace it.

One Handed Wonder
I own 2 of the countertop model and love them.When I saw this--I had to get more.Works like a charm.I was able to mount vertically but had to add a plastic disc to bottom of spindle to keep towels from unraveling off roll.

Like pretty much everyone else here, I am totally pleased with this towel holder. Not worth the money (or saving for it)
What a disappointment. My son eagerly opened up the box and set up his name and password and that's about as far as he could get before it started dying.After feeding about 5 quarters into it, it stopped registering the amount.Also, the quarters made the coin slot mechanism too large and now won't register the smaller dimes, pennies, etc. I think we'll just go back to the old-style piggy bank for now...

Great Concept - Horrible Execution
My mother bought this for my [...] son.He loves the idea, but has a hard time getting it to work.The machine takes bills only about 10% of the time.It's extremely frustrating for him.Second, the bills and coins dump into one compartment.When you open the compartment to make a withdrawal, they all tend to spill out.If they improved both those problems it would be a great toy.As it is now, I would not waste my money on it.

I think it's junk but son likes it.
My son is having fun with the bank but he does get frustrated with the bill feeder. It is very touchy and doesn't accept the bill most of the tmie. The coin slot isn't always accurate. Most times it counts pennies as dimes so your balance is off. I wanted to take it back but my son (age 6) says he still likes it and just opens the "withdrawal door" to put the bills in when the feeder won't take them. Doesn't smell at ALL
I originally tried the Diaper Dekor... refills are EXPENSIVE and I don't think work as well.. the pail stank!
the best for odor control
I also tried the Diaper Genie at first, at found that it was terrible at containing smells (both types of refills failed).I can jam an entire weeks worth of diapers (sizes N through 3 so far) and not smell anything in my son's room.There is one trick to help you use this item correctly, however.To open it, you need to pull up the handle until it clicks.Push the diaper down with your hand, then push the handle down.This can all be done one handed, and the Neat! is much more user-friendly than the Genie.I'll be saving this diaper pail for baby #2!

Best of the Three we've tried
We started with a diaper genie (as most do). When the top eventually broke off (it took slamming it down to get it to close), we decided to try the "Diaper Champ". Ugh! the "champ" is a chump! STINKY! We then tried the "Neat" system on a very picky friend's recommendation. Out of the three we've tried, this is the best at odor control (it sits right next to the rocking chair!) As other's have mentioned, it seems to waste a lot of liner when emptied, but the refills last a long time and probably use no more than the genie's if you untwisted all those little bundles! ... These cases are an outstanding buy for the price. You may find better ones, but you'll pay much more for them. These are vastly superior to the flimsy, fragile Memorex product of the same price range. These will do for most moderately handled media.

Love them, but cracking is definitely an issue!
I have been using Foodsaver canisters for just over one year now, and I own quite a few, of varying sizes.A good percentage of them have cracked over that period of time.(I hand wash the bottoms, wipe out the lids as directed, no temperature extremes, no abuse.They just crack in my pantry.)Normally, experiencing this (repeatedly) would be enough for me to swear off a product and never mess with it again, but when they're working, they work really well, and I have to say that Tilia's customer service stands behind these canisters.They have cheerfully replaced every single one that's mysteriously cracked. (I did not ask them to replace the one my husband dropped and destroyed!)Because they've given me no hassles about replacing their canisters, I have little hesitation about continuing to purchase their products.My recommendation is to keep a record somewhere of the date and place of purchase for your canisters; they'll want this information if you call for a replacement.The warranty period is one year; when they send a replacement, it's guaranteed for a year too.

I was very unhappy with this product.I ordered several cannisters and 3 out of 5 cracked after the first use!!!I did everything that they recommended and they all cracked in the same manner.The people at Foodsaver were very happy to replace them because they are under "warranty" but I am surprised to see how fragile this product is.FYI, they will not warranty the products sold on E-Bay.I should have listened to the reviews and not taken a chance on this product.

I don't know how I ever got by without a Foodsaver before.I bought mine over a year ago, along with extra canisters, and I've had no problems so far.I was surprised to see so many reviews about cracked containers - all of mine are fine, and I use them often!I only handwash them, like the directions say, so maybe that's helped prolong their life.The whole system is great; the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's so expensive (accessories too)! ... For those who cook large quantities of food for storage, FoodSaver vacuum packaging systems offer excellent protection against food spoilage and freezer burn. This jar sealer attachment fits on pint- and quart-sized Mason jars and is for use with any FoodSaver machine that has an accessory port. The lid forms a tight seal on Mason jars while tubing (sold separately) inserts through the top and removes air from the jar with the help of a FoodSaver machine. The jar sealer works equally as well in packaging liquid foods, such as jams, sauces, or mustard, as it does for dry goods, such as brown sugar or spices. The sealer can even re-seal the same container multiple times (in case someone keeps dipping into the stored jars of raspberry jam). Vacuum packaging with this lid can keep food fresh three to five times longer than keeping it in a plastic food storage container in the refrigerator; however, it is a different process from canning and should not be confused with traditional canning methods. WORKS GREAT IF YOU KNOW HOW TO USE IT
This jar sealer is a necessity if you have a Foodsaver!Much cheaper than using those expensive canisters and it keeps your food fresh!There's nothing better than opening a jar and hearing the whoosh of air going in!Lets you know it's fresh!For all of those reviewers who had problems with it sealing, I have a tip that should eliminate those sealing problems.When you seal the jar put TWO mason lids on top, one on top of the other.Then seal the jar.The top lid should pop right off and the bottom lid will be vacuumed tight and secure! (If the top lid doesn't come off right away, just give it a few hours and it will come loose.)Not sure why it works this way, but it does!For those jars that you seal for longer than a week I would recommend checking the seal every once and a while.I have had a jar lose it's vacuum a time a two. BUT a great majority of the time it remains sealed.Highly recommend!

Ineffective
I had hoped to use this with Mason jars to greatly expand my available vacuum storage for crushable/bulk items, without paying the high price for the containers. But it doesn't actually work, even when you think it does.
