Good pan, but cleaning is a pain
This is a heavy pan and bakes well in the oven.But when it comes to cleaning up time, this pan is a pain.The corners are very hard to get to.

The Calphalon Commercial Nonstick Bakeware collection is excellent.I recommend them without reservation.This square pan is a great size for cakes, I actually have 2 of them so I can make a double layer cake with filling.This pan is very high quality and the nonstick coating is superb!You can count on perfect cakes with this pan.One note:you may want to check on your cake a couple of minutes early.I have noticed that cakes are done a little quicker in pans with a dark finish.Many newer recipes will indicate the timing for dark finish bakeware.This pan is also a breeze to clean, just a little soap and water and you are done.Wonderful Pan! For those people who complain that the construction of this pan makes it hard to clean would have to complain also about the pan made by Chicago Metallic and those sold by Williams-Sonoma. These are wonderful heavy duty pans that bake evenly. Yes, the folded metal construction does make cleaning corners a bit harder than molded metal, but I wouldn't trade it otherwise. Wish it was still available
I've had this pan for over a year and was coming back to get another one as a gift. Too bad they don't have them anymore. I love my pan and use it all of the time from desserts to lasagna - it's perfect. Calphalon makes really great products and the price was awesome. If you ever get the chance to buy this in a brick and mortor store - do it, you won't be disappointed.

Finally, A Pan Made Specifically For Brownies!
This is another excellent baking pan from Calphalon.I have the entire collection of Calphalon Commercial Nonstick Bakeware and I think the whole line is superb but I have to say this brownie pan is one of my favorites!It is the exact size for brownies!My brownies come out perfect every time; I barely get them out of the oven before my husband has his face in the pan!It has a very slippery nonstick finish; you couldn't make anything stick to this finish if you tried.This pan (like all nonstick items) is not dishwasher safe but it is a very, very easy to clean, and is easy to store.Make sure that if you nest it with other pans that you put a paper towel or cloth between the pans so the don't scratch each other.Very, very highly recommended!
