Coated inside and out in three layers of nonstick, this 9-1/2-inchspringform pan readily releases cheesecakes, tarts, and quiches--and then cleanseasily. The springform sidewall locks onto the center of an 11-3/4-inch tray,which can be used for serving without removing the confection baked in thecenter.
