Silicone is grand
I think silicone bakeware is grand!The first time I used this piece I used a cooking spray.I found it was only needed once and after that everything comes out easily.I love this stuff (I have several pieces). I have a big tupperware container that I squish the bakeware in to so storage is never an issue.When I take it out of storage it pops right back in to shape.

Can't recommend
I've tried this product to compare it with another Silicone bakeware product from Demarle.It's not even close to their product line.Using a simple yellow cake mix, I tried baking with out using butter or nonstick spray.It baked ok, but the cake did not come out of the mold without parts of the cake sticking to the mold. ... Finally, A Pan Made Specifically For Brownies!
This is another excellent baking pan from Calphalon.I have the entire collection of Calphalon Commercial Nonstick Bakeware and I think the whole line is superb but I have to say this brownie pan is one of my favorites!It is the exact size for brownies!My brownies come out perfect every time; I barely get them out of the oven before my husband has his face in the pan!It has a very slippery nonstick finish; you couldn't make anything stick to this finish if you tried.This pan (like all nonstick items) is not dishwasher safe but it is a very, very easy to clean, and is easy to store.Make sure that if you nest it with other pans that you put a paper towel or cloth between the pans so the don't scratch each other.Very, very highly recommended! Cake sticks
I made a lemon bundt cake and used Crisco to grease the pan down but only half of it came out.I agree with the previous reviewer that I have a cheap pan that works a little better than this one.

Chicago Metallic makes really nice coated pans of all kinds. I like this pan because Bundt cakes are so useful. You need not ice this kind of cake (though a glaze of dark chocolate or lemon is not to be despised.) There are many good recipes for bundt cakes that work for desserts, pot luck parties, office events and breakfast-brunches. My favorite happens to be lemon-poppyseed and because I am a *nice person* I will include a recipe here.Read more

Great product, recipe not as good
The product is great.Makes good madeleines and is non-stick as promised.It is a Kaiser (German) product but was indeed made in China (bit misleading). It's not made in Germany and it's not dishwasher-safe
This pan did a OK job. It's made in China instead of made in Germany as Amazon describes. The recipe that came with it is not very accurate (only in metric measurements). My first batch of Madeleines turned out too brown on the bottom, very white on the top. Good, reliable madeleine pan
like most of the other reviewers, i liked this pan, and madeleines are super easy to make. the pan itself is fairly nonstick, and lightweight. i didn't try the recipe on the packaging, but in using the recipe i found on the epicurious website, i also felt the need to reduce the bake time. i think this is mainly the result of the pan being really dark.
