ruined my cake
i own many kitchenaid appliances and love the brand. i even own a silicone muffin pan which i love. this pan, however, is terrible. the cake did not bake completely and i had a terrible time trying to get it out of the pan. (yes, i sprayed the pan effectively.) do not waste your money! stick to the metal pans.

Stick With Metal Pans
This is a beautiful blue color, coordinates with my kitchen. However, I'll bake my poundcakes in my old, reliable metal pans. I tried to use this a few times, spraying every nook and cranny with Baker's Secret release spray. Without fail, each time the cake stuck to the pan in a few places.

Disappointing
Although the SiliconeZone products are generally good at what they do, this product has two major limitation. Cakes become very flat on the top, or even take on the shape of the oven rack, because the weight of the cake presses down on the bottom of the pan (which becomes the top of the cake). Although the makers of this pan talk about the even heat conduction of silicone, any baked goods prepared in silicone pans won't brown--or cook--nearly as well as anything prepared in a metal pan.Read more

Not non stick for me either
My first batch of muffins stuck horrendously and I was very surprised. I will try once more, then throw away this pan if I have same trouble.

jumbo size disappointment
Warning: everything I bake in these has a weird taste because of the silicone - not a plastic taste, but kinda perfumey. It's disgusting.Giant paper muffin cups might help, but I'm buying new metal pans.If you care about taste, stay away from these!

I bought one of these muffin pans because I was excited at the prospect of owning a piece of bakeware whose lining wasn't destroyed by the 3rd time I wanted to use it. For that alone, I would give this item 5 stars.

Great Pan!
This pan is great. Cooks food really fast and makes it crispy in less time. I also just cut up fresh potatatos, toss in a little oil, salt, and bake. Great!

I like it crunchy!
This is a great pan to make oven goodies (frozen packaged french fries, chicken nuggets/tenders, fish sticks, breaded mushrooms, cheese sticks, jalapeno poppers, etc.) bake up nice and crispy and crunchy!The holes in the bottom of the pan make hot oven air circulate up underneath the pieces.The holes sit below raised ridges that hold the food up, so some fat can drain off.The food doesn't sit flat on the metal and turn mushy.On one end, there is a pouring lip so putting the food onto a plate is easy.This is a fantastic pan if you like it crispy and crunchy!

These make great little cakes
I've wanted these mini bundt pans for years. I've been pleased with them so far. I baked the basic recipe that came with the pans. I used non-stick spray before baking and the cakes tumbled beautifully right out of the pan after 10 minutes of cooling. These little cakes are great to give away to teachers, coworkers, friends, etc. or to put in packed lunches. They make elegant looking little desserts without much effort. I give these mini bundt pans a big thumbs up!!

It was perfect - great molds
I must confess it's the first time I use Silicon to bake, So I prepare my madeleines with a little sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts, walnuts, and almonds, and they turn out perfect, great cookies easy to make, just check the time in the oven, because it takes a little less time than normal metal molds.
