Couldn't be improved upon
I am not in the habit of posting reviews but I found this particular product such a welcome and refreshing change from regular cake pans that I felt compelled to go on-line to find out whether others were as impressed as I was. I was surprised and disappointed to read that some consumers appear to be having trouble with the product. Yes, it's certainly different from what we might be used to, and that blue color is perhaps not the color I would choose, but I can only report that my own experiences with this cake pan (three cakes thus far - no breakage or sticking!) have been completely successful. I encountered no difficulties with the lattice pattern on the base and it has been a joy to clean. I haven't used the pan in the microwave yet so can't comment on its performance in this regard. But I would unreservedly recommend this modern, space-age product to all cooks, and will certainly seek out other products by SiliconeZone.

Unimpressed
After baking three cakes in the pan, I am totally underwhelmed by its performance. The waffle/diamond pattern in the bottom sticks badly unless you use enough oil and flour to fill them. Then, you wind up with so much flour/oil coating on the cake that you must scrape it off. They do NOT clean up easily even with large amounts of oil and flour. I could not hand clean all the residue. The residue would not come off in the dishwasher, either. Only using a Scotchbrite pad could get them clean and this is, of course not recommended.

This cake pan has a nice shiny surface on the inside, which I assume makes it more non-stick. Some silicone bakeware has a dull inside surface. And cakes do flip out very easily. It also appears to be well constructed. It's flexible yet strong. Though it's a little floppy, so you do have to put a cooking sheet under it to take it out of the oven otherwise you'll break up the cake. When I bend the pan, it doesn't show any white, which indicates no fillers were used.Its other drawback is that it's only good to 428 degrees.That's okay with the cake recipes I use, but it makes wonder about its overall quality. Good to use but not good to see
I agreed with others that you can bake a good cake with this bundt.It is easy to use, and of course, easy to clean up.But for sure one thing, the shape definitely won't turn out as gorgeous as others mentioned, so if you are looking for something good to use but don't care about the shape of the cake, this is the one for you.

Just love this pan, it's the right size for a recipe of pound cake for instance and it comes out so easily out of the pan. Most of it, after frosting it, it looks so beautiful. My friends can't believe I actually baked the cake.
