great pan
The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because of the cup bottoms.They have to be washed by hand because they stick together if you try to wash them in the dishwasher.The pan can go in the dishwasher (but don't let it sit with water on it too long - it will start to rust).Otherwise, the pan works great, and makes presentation a snap.I've used it twice and already received many compliments, and one person asking what bakery I bought them at - because they were too perfect too be homemade!

Wonderful Product!
My dish for the holidays is always mini-cheesecakes.It was always frustrating to get them out of my mini-muffin pan.This pan has made it so easy!I no longer dread making this dessert.Just a note though... the cups on this pan are approx twice as big as a regular mini-muffin pan so adjust your recipe accordingly.I just double my recipe and get bigger mini-cheesecakes.I don't think anyone will mind. ...
