It's particularly good for things like layer cakes and small items, that can be hard to get out of the pan. Flip it over and twist the opposite corners, and it falls right out - in one piece with no gouges from trying to wedge it out of the pan. Cleanup is very easy too. Read more

Amazing!
I just got these in the mail today and made blueberry muffins so I could try them. The muffins came right out of the cups and the cups were remarkably clean even before I washed them. I filled a small bowl with hot soapy water, tossed them in, swished them around, rinsed them and left them on a towel on my counter top to dry. Ten minutes later they were dry and ready to be stacked and put away. I didn't bother putting them in the dishwasher because they were so simple to wash.

Not non stick for me either
My first batch of muffins stuck horrendously and I was very surprised. I will try once more, then throw away this pan if I have same trouble.

jumbo size disappointment
Warning: everything I bake in these has a weird taste because of the silicone - not a plastic taste, but kinda perfumey. It's disgusting.Giant paper muffin cups might help, but I'm buying new metal pans.If you care about taste, stay away from these!

engineer, not a baker
I bought one of these muffin pans because I was excited at the prospect of owning a piece of bakeware whose lining wasn't destroyed by the 3rd time I wanted to use it. For that alone, I would give this item 5 stars.

i wished i read the reviews first.
it doesn't hold 11-cups as stated. amazon really needs to update their item listings. it's about the size of a medium bowl.

Way smaller than it looks
I ordered this baker for my mother because she is remodeling her kitchen and yellow is her primary color. The decription says 11 cup capacity but there is NO WAY this is true. It holds just over 2 ups of liquid. Yeah, TWO cups, not ELEVEN. Big difference. I tried to return it and was told that there would be a $5 re-stocking fee!! I couldn't beleive this since the description is a total lie! I decided to keep it and turned it into a candle. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. ... Read more

Great time savers
I use these for baking cookies. I put an ice cream scoop of dough in the ring and spread it to the side and my cookies come out beautifully. I initially sprayed them with Pam, but one time I forgot to spray and the cookie stuck, but it came out after I turned the ring upside down and gently pushed the cookie out. I throw them in the sink and run a little water on them to soften the dough and after one or two minutes, they wash right up with soap and warm water. I dry them with a paper towel and can immediately re-use them. They have not bent or warped or rusted. What a time saver for baking cookies.

As designed, these do a great job.
Used these this morning for making crumpets for Xmas breakfast.Worked beautifully.I didn't have to try to keep all the crumpets the same shape, didn't have to chase the batter all over the skillet.Very handy tool.My only problem was that my largest skillet will only hold 1 at a time flat (the second starts climbing the slanted side).So it took a while to make a batch, but maybe I just need to invest in a larger skillet! :)

I was extremely disappointed by the size of this item.It is for an individual serving.I would not purchase this item again, never.Also felt the color was off, not a true red, more like a coral.

I really thought this was a big enough bowl to make soup for a family of 6 and it turns out that this is made to fill enough soup for 1 only.
