It's a big basket...
Ordered the deluxe 4-8' closet system and several accessories for both me and my husband's 8' closets.I ordered just one sliding wire basket for myself to see how it was (it was a little pricey).This is a big basket: 23.5" wide and 7.25" high.Because it is 18" deep, it extends past the 12" shelves.I personally had a difficult time installing the basket.It installs the same way as the sliding pants racks, which I really had a hard time installing.Even my husband complained and he's pretty handy. Just read the instructions carefully, and keep a screwdriver within arm's reach once you start inserting the brackets into the uprights.However, once installed, the sliding wire basket is wonderful.It glides in and out and holds a lot of stuff.The whole Rubbermaid Configurations closet system is affordable, attractive, and for the most part simple to install.I highly recommend all of it. ...
