Nut Cracker
I have tried many nut crackers. this is the only one I have found (except Channel lock pliers from my tool box) that actually work on difficult nuts. Excellent quality and appearence. A bargin at the price.

Pretty Decent Crab Crackers, nothing to write home about
These OXO Good Grips Seafood and Nut Crackers work pretty well for the task at hand. They have a good heft to them, are sleek polished stainless steel with rubber inserts, and appear to be assembled with high quality in mind. The heft, notably, is advantageous for dispatching fellow diners or dinner guests who attempt to take more than their share of the crab legs. I find a quick "whap" upside the noggin reminds them that "there are other people." Similarly, should your crab bake be set upon by agents of a foreign government, these crackers would make a handy boomerang at some range. Closer up, one might be able to use the "Nut Cracker" option to incapacitate the interloping ne'er-do-well. All in all, good crackers!

Great for seafood
A friend of ours had a pair of these seafood crackers.Its design is perfect to getting to that delectable meat in lobster claws.My husband and I had looked for them in local stores but to no avail.We've bought a countless number of other crackers that do not remotely compare to the ease and durability of these.Read more

Sushi is easy to make, but it’s the rolling that usually throws novice makers for a loop. This maki machine replaces the traditional bamboo mat and makes sushi rolling foolproof, so you can enjoy this quick and healthy meal or appetizer any day of the week. To assemble your sushi for rolling, secure a sheet of nori (that’s seaweed, for the uninitiated) between the upper and lower frames inside the machine and evenly spread the sheet with your rice and your filling. The frames ensure that you use just the right amount of rice for neat rolling and that your fillings stay centered. The maki machine’s plates rotate into different positions depending on whether you’re making futomaki (larger rolls for holding a combination of fish and vegetables), hosomaki (thinner rolls, such as fresh tuna or cucumber), or inside-out rolls (California rolls). After the maki machine makes your roll, it should be refrigerated for about 30 minutes until it is cool enough for cutting. Before serving, use a wet, sharp knife to slice your sushi roll into even pieces and discard the ends of the roll for a more attractive presentation. I've been eating and making sushi for almost 4 yrs. and I really enjoy it. This was before eat sushi to be cool fab. ha ha! Anyways, the sushi@home maki roller is no better than the matt. The sushi@home maki roller cost any where from $49.99 up to $90 but it should cost no more than $30. Since the sushi fab, you can't hardly find them at stores but give it a year or 2 and most people will be getting rid them.

Just the Best!!!
This is a great and simple way to make sushi. It took me 30 minutes to learn and now I can make all types of sushi at a quarter of the cost of getting it from my local store. Over-priced and absurd.
After rolling dozens of rolls using a traditional mat, I bought this item due to its claim to help with inside out rolls.It turns out that the help it provides is the advice that you buy a teflon mat.I did...and I returned this overblown piece of junk.Unfortunately, I then got hit with Amazon.com's restocking fee.A very unsatisfactory experience all around. ...
