Great Nonstick Bakeware
I own this bakeware and I love it!!!I haven't had any problems with it.Even though it is nonstick, I still prep the pan as the recipe indicates and cakes fall right out, and the nonstick coating makes them a breeze to clean.As with all nonstick bakeware I lower the baking temperature by 25 degrees and I have no problems with over-browning--I get beautiful golden brown results, and the cakes bake up evenly.

Work as well as my more expensive pans!
I have not had any of the problems that were listed. I have some very expensive baking pans and have had the same results as with the Calphalon I purchased from Target approximately two years ago. I also have a convection oven. The only thing I have to do is reduce the baking times. The surface has remained as non-stick as when I used it the first time. In addition I am purchsing another set to leave at my home in the US. I hate not having them with me!

Not up to Calphalon standards
I purchased these pans based on my previous positive experiences with Calphalon cookware--have tons of it, but I experienced the same problem as two other reviewers--that is, the slumping in the middle.I have been cooking for over 30 years and have never experienced this problem, especially since I have a new Kitchen-Aid convection oven.Also, the "non-stick" is not so "non-stick".
