Great product and Teflon is not toxic when comsumed...
I bought this product...great price for the set. It does what the other reviews have said and includes those as well. I just wanted to mention that Teflon is not reactive when consumed so it will just pass through your system. And as for the fume that comes out of it at high tempertaure...most of us don't own ovens/stoves that heat up the pans 570F+ so no need to worry about the fumes (which causes illness).

Awesome!
I was so excited to find this pan.It is absolutely wonderful.I ordered two and if I had more kitchen space I'd get two more!I used them to make mini lemon cheesecakes for a wedding shower and they were a hit!Removing the cheesecakes was simple and clean up was a beeze.VERY highly recommended!

Awesome (after a few recipe tests)
I love this pan! It makes the cutest cheesecakes. However, be sure not to fill the cups too full and the cheesecakes are best if you press the crust up the sides (use a shot glass to do this). I found a recipe online after some hunting that turned out great. I can't wait to experiment more.

Great pan
I love this pan! Makes the perfect single serving size. The first time I used this, I baked single servings of chocolate mousse cake. It was simple to use, and it was pretty easy to clean too. It was really helpful as making single serving chocolate mousse cake before was tedious as I had to use a cookie cutter to shape the cake and mold the mousse. Wish I had bought two instead of one when it was on sale.

I just love them!

I couldn't believe it.
I confess to being sceptical of the claims I read in the other reviews, regarding, in particular, how well the non-stick coating works. However, I am pleasantly surprised and agree with all the reviews I read.The pans are solid and heavy..well made. They are easy to handle and I like the sure-grip holders.Mostly, this is the first and only product I have tried with a non-stickcoating that actually works consistantly.I have a tendancy to cook things with marinades and sauces and the liquids coat and burn and have been impossible to clean well with other products and have resulted in the coatings coming off during cleaning.With this product, it is amazing how easy it cleans, even when it appears to have burned and crusted material on the surface of the pan.An easy scrubbing with a sponge(not even the scrubby side) and all comes off like it is sliding off a slick surface.Wonderful.And the price is very reasonable compared to many other expensive products out there.Thank you. A well designed set
I am very impressed with this set. The pans are of heavy guage steel and have rolled edges.I had 3 pounds of chicken on the cookie sheet and with a one handed lift the pan did not flex as my other pans did, again heavy guage steel.The handles and the nonstick surface have had no problems at 450 degrees. Other brands that I have used deteriorate rapidly at 400 degrees or above. Keep in mind I am not a cook and by my very method of cooking (set oven to high and wait til you smell something burning) I am very hard on pans of any kind. Garbage
I bought this about two years ago and immediatly started using it. For a short period of time it worked just fine... and then everything started to stick to it. I finally through this in the garbage due to a coffee cake being stuck in there and not coming out, and no amount of cleaning would restore the pan. I will admit that I'm not a great cook, but I followed all the precautions for a non-stick pan and never overcooked anything. So, for me, this was a big letdown.

I've baked 15+ cakes using various ingredients and every single one of the cakes has turned out excellent.I turn the temperature down by 25 degrees as is recommended on the label, and while every cake I've baked in these pans has come out a bit lighter in color than if I had used a regular pan, none of the cakes have ever come out dry or inedible.(True, part of the science behind this is dependent upon your oven temperature.)One thing worth noting is these pans cool down fairly quickly so you can just about wash them almost soon after (about 5 minutes) you take your cake out of the pan. ... An Outstanding Bundt Pan!!!
I am a Regular bundt baker. I have always used just the basic joe-schmo bundt pan...no biggie. With this Nordic Ware Rose pan, Oh my gosh! It just fell out with no effort on my part. With my other pan, I had to heavily grease and flour...and just pray it didn't stick too much. With the Nordic Ware, I lightly brushed with oil, and like pure heaven, my bundt came out so perfect! It cooked so evenly, and the inside so moist...such a huge difference, especially when it's with the same recipe that I have always used. I just love it! Last night, I bought 3 more Nordic Ware pans...the Poinsettia, (for the holidays), the Heart, (Valentines), and the basket weave with the fruit imprints on top. I know these pans are not cheap, BUT the quality of these pans, for me, makes all the difference in the world!

Must use Baker's Joy!
I have used this pan 4 times, and have finally perfected it on the 4th attempt.I swore that if it stuck on my last attempt that I would through the pan out the window.The first several times I only greased the pan and the cakes stuck 3 of the times.The key is using "Baker's Joy", a cooking spray you can find in your local grocery store or through the Nordicware website.This spray greases and flours in one.I used it last night and my cake literally fell out of the pan--it was wonderful.It also made the pan cleanup 100 times easier.Also, you can only fill the pan 3/4 of the way or it will spill over.

This pan does not work
I have tried to use this pan over and over, and it does not work.I have coated it with every type of non-stick grease I could think of, and the cake completely sticks every time.It even takes 3 - 4 washings in the dishwasher, plus hand scrubbing to get the pan clean again.I keep trying to get the pan to work because it was an expensive gift from my daughter, but I've given up. ... Chicago Metallic Commericial bakeware is excellent. These 8-inch round cake pans are very heavyweight and give even baking results. I rub a bit of vegetable shortening on these pans and then line the bottom with a circle of waxed paper. One can dust some flour over the shortening, too. Bad, Bad, Not kidding! Non-sticking, yeah right!
Bought several wearever products and all of them after a few recipes stopped working as a non-sticking surface.The cakes started sticking, cookies would cook uneven,etc... The quality of anything from Wearever Pro products (I bought several of the pancombo packaegs) are not worth the price of admission.In fact, I have a cheap set of non-stick bakeware from a competitor (costing 1/3) the price and they are still working after 5 years. I will never buy anything from this company again and I reccommend the same for anyone intersted, buy something from another company, either more expensive or cheaper you can't do any worse. ... Silicone bakeware is hard to believe; for many, it takes an act of faith to use it for the first time. But after that, it's hard to remember using anything else. The red KitchenAid 9-inch round cake pan is a basic pan for baking simple round layers, and even though it's made of floppy silicone rubber, it does as good a job (or better) than any metal or glass pan. For one thing, it's easier to release a cake from a silicone pan once it's done baking; just invert the pan, exert a slight pressure to the bottom, and peel the cake away from the pan. And since it's made of resilient silicone, this pan can handle the use of metal spatulas or utensils without its permanent nonstick quality being affected; don't use anything with a serrated edge, though. Great cake pans!!!!
I used my new Kitchenaid 9" round cake pans today and they work great!!I lightly sprayed them with Pam cooking spray that contained flour.They bake beautifully without any attempt to stick.I placed the silicone pans directly on the oven cooking rack without the use of a baking sheet.They sat perfectly level on the oven rack.Taking them out of the oven is a breeze.The cake pans cool quickly and were easy to handle.They have a wide brim that allows you to hold the pans securely.I love these pans!I have ordered the Heart shaped and Square pans.Get these pans while they are cheap in price.You can not go wrong.Use Pam spray and your cakes will pop out like mine without any trouble.Also, these pans will interlock inside one another for easy storage. ... Very happy!
This is our second Roshco silicon dish and we love them.One caveate that seems to have escaped some people reviewing these is that you may need to slightly adjust cooking times and temps for best results.And as others have mentioned, even without spraying them stuff comes out clean (although spraying is still a plus.)

Good for its price
Silicone baking pans are extremely cool.Light and flexible, they store easily and don't deform even if you accidentally leave something heavy on them, and you can just peel them off your finished baked good. Since they cool down quickly, you can lift them without potholders after ~5 minutes out of the oven. Plus, I get that thrilling "the future is now" feeling whenever I use them, and sometimes I bake solely in order to be able to use the pan because it's just so cool.
Good value for money
This cake pan has a duller inside surface than the Silicone Zone bakeware, but it's rated to 500 degrees instead of 428. And cakes do flip out very easily. It also appears to be well constructed. It's flexible yet strong. Though it's a little floppy, so you do have to put a cooking sheet under it to take it out of the oven otherwise you'll break up the cake. The Silicone Zone cake pan feels a little sturdier, but it has the same problem. When I bend this pan, it doesn't show any white, which indicates no fillers were used. An Excellent Cake Pan
This is an excellent cake pan.I bought my first Wilton pans 2 years ago when baking cakes for my wedding, and my only regret was that I didn't purchase Wilton pans years ago.They are durable, bake evenly, and retain their shape despite my less than tender care in storage.I find the 8 & 10 inch pans the most useful, 8" for family cakes, 10" for bigger parties.You may want to use some parchment paper to line the bottom to ensure an easy release of your cake.And I have now purchased 2 of each size, so that I can bake 2 same sized layers concurrently.
