Thoroughly satisfied
I wanted a roaster that is not non-stick and sturdy enough to put directly on my gas cooktop, WITHOUT spending a fortune.I was looking for something I could sear meats with, and after roasting in the oven, deglazing the pan without fear of warping it.This is perfect.

Buyer beware. This pan is not a triply as advertised but is constructed of solid stainless steel. For the huge retail price of this pan I expect a lot more than this pan has to offer. ... Read more

Stands the test of time!
I've had this "everything" pan for over a year.It is still pristine and easy to clean.Perfect for soups and true to the name, it is something you can use for pretty much everything.I love the fact that, for it's size, it isn't all that heavy.It heats evenly.The lid is clear, so you can see what you've got going on.The only caution is to make sure you use a heating pad to pick the lid up once you've been cooking!

Great Pan
Sent this to my son for X-Mas and he loves it.Says it's big enough for a pot roast AND the vegetables without takeing out the meat like I have to with my skillet. Good buy.
