Great for the kitchen
Great roaster pan!! I use it when I make a roast,turkey, or ham.

Awkward & dangerous handles
As another reviewer noted, the loose handles are impossible to lift up when you've got potholders on in a hot oven.
Great Pan...but...
Nice roasting pan, very sturdy handles. But try getting those slippery chrome handles in an upright position (and getting them to stay up) to lift this out of the oven...with potholders on your hands...add a nice size turkey and it really gets interesting.

Best roaster pan ever!
I think it's hard to say just how much I love this pan. Roasters are usually such a chore to clean. Too big to easily soak in the sink and always so much crusty stuff burnt on the bottom to try and get off. If you've ever owned a stainless steel roaster, you will know what I mean. This is absolutely the best roaster I can imagine. Not only can you still use it on the stove to make gravy (with metal utensils no less!) it comes clean with virtually no effort at all. And looks absolutely like new afterwards. I've used it even when a smaller pan would probably do fine, because it is so easy to clean and browns everything so well. Highly recommended!

An excellent roasting pan
This pan is impressive.It is heavy and will not warp.The titanium ceramic nonstick is safe up to 500 degrees and seems to be very scratch resistant.After roasting a turkey, the black stuff on the pan was removed with little effort.After a water soak, it was easily removedwith a plastic spatula.No scrubbing required.

I will reiterate what another reviewer said.The pan looks wonderful but the box it came in was damaged.The little booklet it came with (a multi-language, one-page user's guide) looks a bit worn as well.Be aware that, although the cover states "Guaranteed not to warp" and the insert states "Base is guaranteed to remaim level", no printed warranty or guarantee came with the pan.I will be contacting the online customer service about the warranty but I don't know if I'll hear back from them since I bought the pan through Amazon and not directly from them or one of their retail stores.

What !?!This Thing Is FANTASTIC!
I must respectfully but strongly DISAGREE with the reviewer who felt the need to give this roaster one star. WHAT!?! My wife and I have used ours for a few years now. Yes, it's large, but it's a ROASTER! All roasters are large. The other reviewer paradoxically complained about how this roaster was too small to fit a large turkey, then complained that it was too large to store. So I guess it's too small AND too large? That makes no sense at all to me. Odd duck
While this is advertised to be big enough for roasting a turkey, it isn't. Maybe a duck, maybe a big chicken, but not an average size turkey. When full of hot food it is extremely awkward to handle and it's easy to spill the contents and hot grease all over oneself and the kitchen. For a lot less there are great roasters on the market. This is a monster to store between big cooking jobs and takes up most of the dishwasher when cleaning. 22 Pound Turkey?
It will hold a 22 lb. turkey - but it's a very tight fit.Even so, I 've cooked a 22 pounder in this thing, and it worked much better than one of those aluminum jobs you get at the grocery store for a few bucks.Much better!The hardened steel core creats a mini oven that produces a very evenly cooked bird, or whatever.This is a very well made roaster. ...
