Not deep enough
This is a nice-looking pan, but not deep enough for lasagna.Does anyone make a deep dish lasagna pan that's doesn't weigh a ton?

It's All-Clad! Come on, I expected quality!
I found this pan on clearance at BB&B for 49.99 and jumped on it. What a great price. I was so excited to finally have a piece of All-Clad in my kitchen. And finally a real pan to roast in. Up until now I had been using my large Emerilware saute pan for roasts. I'd burn my hand on the handle while making reductions everytime because I'd forget it just came out of the oven. I used it tonight for the first time to roast chicken. The chicken came out beautifully cooked, perfectly browned. I pulled it out of the oven and put the pan on my flat-top stove and removed the chicken. I went on to make my reduction and guess what? The pan is wobbling. All-Clad, warped! What a huge disappointment. I'm not sure whether I should have All-Clad replace it or if I should just return it before the 30 days runs out. After reading other reviews, I'm thinking I should probably take it back. The good news is that I knew the pan was hot because, hey, it looks likea roasting pan, not a regular on the stove-top pan, so I didn't burn myself. I really expected better of All-Clad.

good pan for the price!
I ordered this pan to cook my thanksgiving turkey in. It didn't arrive until a week after thanksgiving even tough the estimated delivery date was before thanksgiving. It is just as described. It seems to be a nice pot, very similar to all of my other simply calphalon pots and pans. I do not see the rack scratching the bottom of the pan, as it is coated with a very think layer of rubbery coating. Seems to be perfect. Perfect weight and size for a nice turkey or ham. I do not think I will use it often, but I am sick of buying the tacky disposable pans every year to cook hams and turkeys in. I will update this as I use it. The price is right!

Every time I use the pan is twists as soon as it gets hot. It makes it very difficult to cook on and to move in and out of the oven.The non stick surface comes off very easily too.
More sculpture than broiler
My experience with this pan is that it lies flat when cool, but when heated and place beneath a broiler, it warps and twists into odd shapes.My chicken breasts or steaks would literally slide to the lowest end of the rack.It was a major frustration.I threw away the rack and now my German Shepherd eats from the lower pan.

Don't waste your money!
I ordered this a couple of weeks ago. The first use it warped while it was broiling my london broil. It did return to its original shape after it cooled. During the broiling it doesn't cook evenly due to the warping.Read more

Wouldn't Have Thanksgiving Without It
I stepped up from the black, speckled roasting pans you get at the grocery store.I've had my All Clad pan for a year and purchased it before Cook's Illustrated latest review.
Item is Not as Described!
I ordered two of these pans.One for myself and one for my sister.We DID NOT RECEIVE A STAINLESS PAN! We received an aluminum pan with a non-stick black coating on the interior.The pans we received were from the MC2 collection.Amazon sent me a new pan but I received another MC2 pan.So now I have to return two pans and my sister must return one.We are both collecting the 3-ply All-Clad stainless cookware.I am very dissapointed.Amazon will not honor a comparable sale price on a stainless pan.

It really works!
This rack came with my brand new All Clad roasting pan.I was hesitent at first because the majority of the ones I see are rather poorly made and look like they will collapse while the turkey is cooking, not to mention a royal pain to clean up.This rack is so sturdy!It is one piece so you don't have to worry about it collapsing, also the non stick on it is truly wonderful, it cleaned right up in no time.I will now faithfully use this rack.

I first bought this becuase I was looking at the electric roaster versions seen on informercials, but couldn't bring myself to spend so much money on one.I'd thought I'd take a chance on this much less expensive vertical roaster and I am so glad I did!We eat a lot of chicken and the double roaster allows one for now and one to pick the meat from and eat later.I've tried different seasonings and types of chicken (whole fryers vs free range vs roasters) and they are just like the descriptions: crispy outside and juicy inside.Read more

Love This Pan!
I bought this pan a few months ago based solely on the Cuisinart reputation.I was a bit surprised that it was so thin and light but it hasn't affected the way it cooks.I have used it for everything from a half ham to a gigantic lasagne and have had wonderful results each and every time.If you're looking for a good roasting pan, I recommend this one.
