When it comes to bake-and-serve ware, I always trust Pyrex.I've been using a variety of Pyrex products and have never had any reason to complain.I recently bought my second set of Pyrex glass custard cups for $7.99 from Amazon (50% discount from the normal price), which I felt, was a great bargain.It is not always that you find a stylish quality product that is microwave, oven and freezer safe.

Not bad
These are your basic 8 oz. ramekins, in bright glossy yellow. They're fine as basic ramekins go, but they feel a little light in comparison to my other Chantal ware, and my Sango Nova ramekins.However, if you're on a budget, and you want good quality, then these well be fine for your wallet.

great for reheating in a toaster oven with a timer set -
i use these less than the 7 inch oval bakers - but still a lot -
Cute
Although these have stay cool handles when you use them on the stove to heat soup, remember to place them on something heat resistant for serving.I use these on the stove top for soups and gumbo and they heat beautifully.I have yet to make a souffle to test how they work in the oven.

NOT FOR STOVETOP USE!
Excellent baking dish but not for stovetop use as pointed out in a previous review. WILL EXPLODE IF PLACED ON STOVETOP BURNER!!!!
Item is bigger than advertised.
Item is great but is 1 1/2 quarts istead of one quart. Wouldn't be a big deal but I also bought the seven piece set so now I have 2 1 1/2 quarts. Item cooks well and is easy to clean up. Would buy again.

As Good As Le Crueset (Now - NOT)
This is an excellent item. It cleans up well, and I have used it in the oven only at this point. I bought the red version and the interesting thing is, that as it heats, the red color darkens. When it cools down, it goes back to it's original color. It is less expensive than the Le Crueset, but so far, just as good.
