Ordered cobalt blue placemats and got tangerine ones instead.Tried to go online to exchange for the right ones but could never find it stated as to how to do it.Finally gave up, sent the tangerine ones back with a picture of the correct ones I wanted.I appreciate you keeping such a close check on the order, but have not heard from you since I sent the incorrect ones back to you.Thanks for asking for a review of ordering from you and letting me tell you about the problem.Harriette R.
