An anniversary worth celebrating
Le Creuset manufactures porcelain enameled cast iron cooking vessels as well as other quality products. These cooking vessels are cast from molten iron poured in sand moulds which are used only once. For this reason, one pan may look like another, but each is unique in its own way.
Buyer beware!
The first pan that came from Amazon had a defect in the enamel, a white splotch on one of the handles.I requested a replacement and the next one that came was damaged in the same manner. They are functionally ok, but perhaps they are factory seconds.
