Awesome!
I was so excited to find this pan.It is absolutely wonderful.I ordered two and if I had more kitchen space I'd get two more!I used them to make mini lemon cheesecakes for a wedding shower and they were a hit!Removing the cheesecakes was simple and clean up was a beeze.VERY highly recommended!

I love this pan! It makes the cutest cheesecakes. However, be sure not to fill the cups too full and the cheesecakes are best if you press the crust up the sides (use a shot glass to do this). I found a recipe online after some hunting that turned out great. I can't wait to experiment more.

I love this pan! Makes the perfect single serving size. The first time I used this, I baked single servings of chocolate mousse cake. It was simple to use, and it was pretty easy to clean too. It was really helpful as making single serving chocolate mousse cake before was tedious as I had to use a cookie cutter to shape the cake and mold the mousse. Wish I had bought two instead of one when it was on sale.

Great pie plate!
This is a great little basic pie plate, especially if you're starting out in a new kitchen.It's also great for heating up fish too in the microwave and baking it in the oven for one or two people.It's not a deep dish pie plate and certainly, don't take it from the fridge and put it in the oven.Pyrex is notorious for their exploding dishes.That said, for what it is price-wise, you'll get a good dish that's very versatile but works well too.It scratches rather easily so be careful with clean up and cutting too.Nice plate - I've had mine for 15 years and it's still going strong. ... AWESOME DEEP DISH PIZZA
I've prided myself on my homemade pizza for years. It's something I take very seriously no matter if I am making my dough from scratch, or if time doesn't permit, using pre-made refridgerated dough. Now I've used all sorts of pizza pans to bake my pies from the round aluminum sheets, to the large round sheets with the holes in them, to the rectangular pans that pizzerias use for deep dish pizza. Bottom line is that none of them gave as true a pizzeria taste as when I used a baking stone.But if there's one drawback I had from using my stone is was my love of deep dish pizza.You could make some thick doughs on the stone, but ultimately you usually ended up with a very thick crust at the edges while the cheese, sauce, and other items all slid to the center of the pie.

My Pyrex pie plates are larger than standard.They're 10" pie plates instead of the usual 9" plates.So I figured that a 10" pie crust shield was what I needed:10" plate, 10" shield, right?

Extremely Happy With Pie Pan
I used my Cuisinart pie pan to make a pecan pie for Christmas.This particular pie always gave me sticking problems with my old Pyrex pie dish.The pecan pie was beautiful in the new pan, and each piece came out neat and clean.Cleanup was very easy.I made a quiche for New Years with equally great results.Neither the pie nor the quiche was "deep-dish", but the crust was easy to roll into an attractive edge about an inch below the top of the pan.I couildn't be happier.

Excellent, heavy-weight and deep; however....
keep in mind that 'non-stick' bakeware generally has a darker finish.This pan is no exception and is darker than the highly rated Cuisinart non-stick pizza pan.You will need to experiment a bit with baking temps and times so as not to scorch your deep-dish pie.

Good, but expensive
My particular recipe called for a 9 1/2 inch tart pan, but all of the local stores carried only 11 1/2 inch. I was able to get it on Amazon and got next day shipping, which was important as I needed it that day.The quality was acceptable, but it was not a good value when compared to the lower price for the larger one at local retailers, and certainly was of no better quality.My recipe did turn out great however, and the removable bottom made the tart easy to remove from the pan.I would recommend the item if you can't find this unusual size in a local store from a different manufacturer where you may get it cheaper. ... A great dish for many uses
Im not much of a baker, Ok, who are we kidding, I dont bake. However I have used the devil out of this dish, I make hot appetizer dips in it, I use it as a serving bowl, I have filled it with water and floated flowers in it as a center piece.
