II bought this at a local store after seeing an infomercial for it and thought it was a cool product.

A Mess!
I was so excited to make my own ravioli, but it was all a fiasco.

When It's Good, It's Good, But ...
I've used this about 6-8 times, and of those, had one trouble-free batch. The other times the dough got snagged by a regulating piece in the middle, or the filling was inconsistent or spilled over (too much, too little). Being left-handed also difficult to work with comfortably.

Makes rolling out pasta 100 times easier!
I have an Imperia pasta maker, which I love, and use all the time.I haven't bought dried pasta in months.There were some annoying problems with it though, such as: 1) clamping it to the side of the table, as it left gouges underneath and the table moved around as I cranked, 2) how long it took, and how much elbow-grease, to crank out the pasta strips, 3) how the crank handle doesn't attach, it just sets inside the slot and continually falls out, and 4) having only one hand to guide the pasta strip through the rollers or cutters.

An earlier reviewer has inadvertently posted incorrect information. The item she/he refers to is Farberware #52112 which is a squarish crisper "chip tray".The item being sold here on THIS Amazon page is Farberware #52113 which is indeed a ROUND 13" Pizza Crisper. Just like store bought
This pan makes a frozen pizza crispy just like those from pizzarias.It saves the oven from a mess and produces a crisp crust but a soft topping.A good buy for the money.

Not a Pizza Pan!
While this is a good quality crisper pan, it is not a pizza crisper. It is an 11 x 13 inch, rectangular crisper pan. One end narrows and is slanted upward to easily slide items off the pan. The actual usable space is 11" square. It would be great for Fries, Garlic Bread and such. But, you can't fit a round pizza on a 11" suare; at least I can't anyway. I gave it 3 stars for the inaccurate description, not for the quality of the pan. ... Read more

shipping damage
This product is ok but arrived in bad condition.Not sure who or what they have working in the shipping department but all they did was tape a piece of cardboard over each side of the wide end of the pizza peel and leave the handle exposed.It slid around in the carboard and the edges of the peel were dented and chipped and the handle was filthy.The cost was cheap enough so it wasn't worth paying the shipping to return it, just cleaned it up the best I could and use it for the outdoor grill.. ...
