Works fine
I thought I would write this review because when I was doing research into which pasta machine to get I saw quite a few negative reviews, about the machine not cutting cleanly and it being very difficult to clean. I think both of these problems are caused by the pasta dough not being made right. If the dough is too wet it will stick in the machine. It's important to let the sheets stand for a while after you have run them through the rollers. It was about 10 minutes for mine but it will vary depending on how humid the conditions are and how wet the dough is. it should have lost a bit of its floppiness but if you leave it too long it will break in the machine. I saw several reviews where the reviewer said that their kitchen ended up being incredibly messy because of this machine. Don't blame the machine!
Great Pasta Machine
We just bought the Imperia pasta machine and had great success right off the bat. We've read reviews (on other web sites) where consumers complain of it's difficult usage. Having two people when working is helpful. We used the recipe in the instruction manual and used all purpose flour. A mixer (kitchenaid) was a lot easier than working with a fork/hand combo. The only drawback we found was in the layout of the instruction manual. It was sometimes confusing flipping pages between the recipe and the machine useage. The tips they give are very helpful.

Surprisingly Good
My roommate has one of these pizza cutters, and when I first saw it I was skeptical.It doesn't have a metal blade, only a beveled wooden edge.However, it cuts pizza quite easily, and it is long enough to cut from one edge to the other in one slice for a straight, clean cut.As an added bonus, it doesn't scratch up my non-stick pizza pan like metal pizza cutters do.I highly recommend it.

Great Crispy Crust
This does a great job at evenly cooking your pizza.Also the crust comes out totally crispy, I call it my "cardboard pizza".

What the heck?
I got this as a gift from Crate & Barrel and when I went to use it, I realized the holes on this tray are completely exposed. This might work ok if you're baking a *whole* pizza that has no chance of spilling/oozing over. It's definitely terrible for reheating pizza slices, as there is nothing to prevent the melted cheese from going through the pan and onto your oven. YUCK!
