A terrible product
After the first few weeks, the novelty wears off and what you are left with is a toaster that doesn't work very well.It is a very SLOW toaster that does not accomodate large pieces of bread.
McDonald's Ain't Got Nuthin on This
This is THE BEST invention EVER. I love egg sandwiches. They are a great breakfast, lunch or dinner. The unit is slightly larger than a normal toaster but it's worth it because you can make sandwiches, hard- or soft-boiled eggs, heat lunchmeat or breakfast meats, etc. Everyhing cooks in perfect sync -- when it's done each element is cooked perfectly and hot. The only complaint I had was the egg pan black non-stick coating peeled off with my egg the first time I used it. So, that was a little disappointing but the benefits far outweigh that one issue. But after that, I just spray PAM or a little bit of butter or oil, and clean-up is fine. I highly recommend this item!

Quick and easy with little care
My favorite part about this appliance is that you have choices.It's a toaster or an egg poacher or hard-boiled egg maker, and even a pre-cooked meat warmer.And many of these can be done at the same time (but not all).The beauty is that if you want toast, eggs, and meat they're all ready at the same time!

The primary task of a toaster...
is to make toast.Unfortunately, though this one is pretty,stays cool to the touch, and boasts all the features you'd ever want in a toaster, it fails at the one task that counts -- actually toasting bread.Anything above the lightest settings burns the bread.One side nearly always toasts darker than the other, or does not toast at all.It is not consistent.Someone suggested that was because the bagel feature was turned on -- would that it were!The bagel feature of this one does not, unfortunately, only toast one side; it toasts for a longer time, instead, which usually burns the bagel...on both sides.
One side toaster
Like the other reviewers the toast always comes out darker on one side. I do really enjoy being able to make four pieces of toast with two different settings. This has not been a major issue but when you pay that much money for a toaster you'd think it would work more effeciently for your needs. I do really like all the different settings and there is plenty of room for your bagel even when not divided exactly in half which is usually my case. It's still not a bad toaster.

CPT-140 Fancy but not worthy
Beware of very sophisticated fancy looking kitchen appliances and read the reviews before you fall for them.I bought one of this expensive products and it stopped working 6 months later.Cuisinart does offer a 3 year warranty in all their products, but they don't tell you that you have to go through the annoyance of shipping the product back to them at your own cost and you will also have to pay for the shipping cost if you want your new product back.They won't reimburse you for your time either, so if you earn money by the hour, add those losses to the cost of the appliance. MUST READ * poor power output proof....
I had a Sharp 700w which heated water in 1.52 minutes.At work, the GE Sensor 1100 watt heats water in 1 minute. So, I bought the Sharp R-310JW and it heats water in 2 minutes!I kindly wrote the company which told me not to use the WARMING option.I kindly wrote back and told them I was always using full power.They never replied again.I used to soften a half gallon ice cream in 11 seconds on the old 700w oven, but this new one takes 20 seconds ON FULL POWER. Sharp is DULL indeed.

Perfect Microwave For Us
Our previous microwave was breaking down (doing some very strange things...) and we needed a new one, but didn't have much money to purchase one.We searched Amazon and some other sites to find reviews, and Sharp Microwaves usually scored high.Well, we give this one FIVE STARS for many reasons.1) Price.We got it for $49.99 with free shipping (because of $30 instant credit for using an Amazon Visa)2) Features/Functions - this unit has lots of built in features, where you hit a button or two and it starts cooking for a pre-determined time and power level.3)It even looks cool.:-)

wow if ever there was a company good at making microwaves,well, let me tell ya folks-this is it! Sharp has done it again with the R310jw the programs are easy to operate. Theres simple buttons to do quik heating, popping corn, defrosting and the large display is easy for those with glasses to see even without glasses, my mother proved it. Look it's a toaster oven not a JennAir!
A toaster oven is not a high tech piece of kitchen equipment unless you want to pay a lot of money for it. I don't. I have a very nice oven, so what I want a toaster oven to do is toast and reheat basically.
Beware of fire!
This oven gets soooooo hot on the outside that if ANYTHING is touching it or near it it will be affected.Be especially careful that the cord itself (slack) is not touching the back of it or you could have an electrical fire on your hands.We had a phone cord that touched the back of it and melted itself to it, luckily the phone line shorted out the whole system and alerted us to a problem before a fire broke out.Also, since there's no timer it was easy to forget something was cooking.Spend a little more for better insulation and a timer. ... not good for the money
Haier RTC1700 Extra Large Capacity Convection Oven would be great if the company did a better job puting it together. The first one worked for 1.5 weeks then the power went out on it. Sent for a new one and it came with the door not put together right. Part of the hinge was missing. Not happy with this at all. Will not deal with this company again. I bought this as a gift for my mother and she is the one who has had to deal with this mess. Elizbeth, NV.
Good while they last but it has a short life span
We purchased our first Haier 1700 at Brandsmart for $137.00 three years ago along with an extended warranty. After one year we turned it in for a replacement because the temp. was unstable. The second one lasted two years before the door broke, and the convection fan stopped. I love the price and the size. It accomodates a 1/2 size baking pan. It's great for about a year or two at most.

I got this unit a few weeks ago and I've been quite impressed with it, especially in light of its very reasonable price. I've used it for baking and I've used the rotisserie as well. It browns very evenly and I'm very pleased with this oven thus far.

Great oven, with shut off timer, but
Very easy to use and clean and setup and nice looking. This oven will accomodate a full size dinner plate inside, where most toaster ovens will not. The shutoff timer is really great. The only drawback for us is that it needs some insulation. You can pre- heat your dinner plates on top of this oven, no need to put them inside. I suppose that all toaster ovens are like this, they get hot on the outside too. Somewhat a waste of energy, but more efficient than heating a full 30 inch oven to heat something small. We are pleased though, but room for improvement, like everything else, except my Wife.

Good oven
I've had this oven for about 2 years now. I really like the Rotisserie function. I use it quite a lot. In my experience the convection setting doesn't reduce cooking time. It would be nice if this also could function as a toaster oven eg make toast, or grilled cheese sandwiches. For the most part I like it; but, I am not overly enthusiastic about it.

Perfection
This was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed. We have a galley kitchen (read: closet with a sink). Our landlord got this off of eBay for about half price as a refurbished model. When we got it, I knew to expect that the door wouldn't close tightly but found the direction call for the door to be in an open position for a couple of the cooking functions anyway so some heat escape it disireed.

Well worth the money
We have used the Sunpentown Super Turbo Oven several times now. The product arrived on time, is very simple to set up and operate, and cleans up super easily! My only concern is that in order to get chicken thoroughly cooked inside the outside ends up a little over cooked but not burnt. But we have found that placing two large chicken breasts on the lowest rack and cooking them at 350 for 40 minutes does cook them fairly evenly inside and out. Add adding some freshly cut french fries during the last 30 minutes produces excellent fries. Overall, we have found the oven to be an excellent bargain for the price.

A friend of mine showed me a picture of one of these she printed out from some website. I knew what a convection oven was, and this odd looking thing that looked like a Dutch oven was hybridized with a tea kettle was NOT a convection oven!

Versa Ware CrockPot
This product is all that it is advertised to be.We like the way the pot part can be lifted out of the electric part to take the cooked meal to the table and for cleaning. We have cooked a dozen meals using the VesaWare Crock Pot and love the way we can start the meal cooking in the morning and come back in the afternoon to have our meal cooked.It's especially good for Beef Roasts.It makes makes them very tender.Also great for cooking a pot of beans with ham hocks. We like this product very much.

Versaware is versatile
I've used this crock pot several times and it much more versatile than a standard crock pot. Having the ability to brown food is wonderful, even though it's not quite as big as a rosting pan so it can be a tight squeeze for larger items.

CHEAP!! PIECE OF @#$%!!
Ok I have had mine for almost a year and we don't use it very much so it's not wore out by any means. I purchased this toaster because you can set two piece of toast for one setting the other two for a different setting. My husband was making breakfast and insisted that the toaster was broken and I thought surely not we've used it a dozen times at most what could be wrong with it. One side of the toaster was barely red and then the other wasn't coming on. None of the buttons would work or anything. I paid $50 to toast two loafs of bread. I haven't tried to return it yet but I have a feeling this close to the one year anniversary I'm out of luck. I would not recommend purchasing this toaster. I think I'm going to try the KitchenAid toaster next.

this is NOT a convection toaster oven
I have no idea why this is called a Convection Toaster Oven. Convection cooking is not a feature on this model.The light indicator is almost impossible to see.The manual instructs you to turn the Toaster -Bake feature off every time you toast even though the bell rings indicating it is off; seems to be an unnecessary chore.The stainless steel exterior shows finger smudges and it is not easy to remove. It toasts well but seems to take a very long time when toasting more than 2 slices especially if you like more well done toast. In the future I will stay away from the higher end products and rely on the basic mid-priced toaster ovens.

Worst customer service experienced via a product purchased on Amazon
I purchased this product based on the features and the fact it has a one year warranty.After 6 months is stopped working.Calling DeLonghi they said they would replace it.The next week they said no and told me to take it to a repair center they authorized that was out of town.Took it to the repair center and one week later they said it could not be fixed and DeLonghi was sending a new one.One week later I called DeLonghi and they said they never told the repair center they would replace.Instead they would send parts in 'a few weeks.'8 weeks since the oven stopped working and I still do not know when or if I will ever get it back.Amazon should black-list DeLonghi as a vendor due to horrific customer service! ... Krups, you gotta be kidding!
After being in storage for over a year, waiting to move into our new house, this toaster oven unit succeeded in lasting for only 5 months.Due to the length of time that it was stored, the warranty has run out and I see no reason to try and fix it.The dials are impractical and the oven racks misaligned.Toast came out fine, but now the heating unit doesn't work on the top or bottom.Look at the overall sales ranking in Kitchen and Home for this item! In the 30,000s at the time of this review.Let the buyer beware!There are better toaster ovens out there.I am going for the Cuisinart Classic - 5 stars and #80 ranking.

ToasterOven Died After 10 Months
I bought this toaster oven in August 2005. I read the reviews of this product AFTER I bought it.I was concerned about all the complaints of the toaster oven dying out around 1 year after purchase, but hoped mine would be different.Well mine's not.I am here to say that my toaster oven by Krups just completely quit working too (only 10 months later)!Krups should be ashamed of themselves, it's aparent there is a problem.Now I'm stuck with an expensive toaster oven that doesn't work and I can't find the reciept.I'm not going to bother contacting Krups after hearing all the hassles of sending it to get repaired and waiting 6 months, and then finally get it back for it to only work for 1 week.I will NEVER buy a Krups product again.The only way Krups can redeem themselves is if they do a recall.I'm sure they are not going to since they haven't already! What a shame.This product doesn't deserve even 1 star.

Great machine..no problems here
I've read some good and some very bad reviews of this toaster.I ordered it for $39.99 with free shipping a couple of weeks ago, and after receiving it and using it daily, Ihave nothing bad to say about it.It works flawlessly and looks great.Sounds like some people received defective units with rust etc.., but my guess is that Amazon has corrected the matter.
