The new DeLonghi toaster oven has not worked right from the beginning.It does NOT always shut off when the toast is done.We must keep it unplugged when not in use for fear of it burning up.

Disappointing
I searched quite awhile before selecting this toaster, based on appearance and brand.It is cute, and looks nice on the counter, but it is a lousy toaster!!The bread has to be turned halfway through or it will burn on the lower part while barely browning the upper part.Also, it does not raise the bread high enough to remove without lifting the lever manually.Overall I am very disappointed and would return it if I had not thrown out the box already.

Bad DeLonghi Experience
We purchased a DeLonghi toaster oven and both the toaster and oven functions stopped working right after the one year warranty expired. We barely used this product. When contacting customer service we were told that there were no replacement parts available for our model and there was nothing we could do and nothing they would do for us. My $20 toastmaster lasted more than 15 years! This is the lsat time I buy a toaster based on appearance!

Best Toaster Oven
This was a replacement for our old broken toaster oven.We loved it so much the first time that we bought it again.It has a large interior, suitable for two slices of pizza or four slices of toast.I have nothing bad to say about it at all. I was so happy to find it on Amazon.

Powerful and a tilted head!
I love my accoalde. I wanted to get a good year of mixer abuse in before I judged how well it works. Its wonderful. It does all the really heavy stuff with ease; like stiff buttercream icing. My accolade is very noisy and my four year old covers her ears when I turn it on, but its got a good motor its going to be noisy! The tilting head is a very nice feature. Also, I like that it has the smaller bowl so I can still whip up 2 or 3 egg whites, but is more power than the Artisians. Its a perfect combination!

Great mixer!!
I was hesitant to get this for fear that it wouldn't be powerful enough! Well have no fear....this little baby has mixed any cookie dough I have made without a problem. I feel really good about this purchase! Great machine for a great price!

The Best Purchase Ever
I bought this model in the satin pink last year after admiring my friend's Artisan the year before.I didn't realise there was more than one model of KitchenAid stand mixers and decided upon the Accolade rather than the Artisan.I took note of the several reviews and was well prepared for the noise, which is significant because of the metal gears.But the power of this machine more than makes up for the noise.

Works great while it works
This product does an excellent job of chopping everything from nuts to cheese.But, after only a year and a half of light use, it quit working. The blades still spin, but it no longer is capable of chopping anything. So, unless you are fascinated by spinning blades, it is useless.Not a good life cycle for an appliance.

Nice chopper
This cute chopper is a big help to me. It makes fast and fine chopping-up and saves a lot of time for me. It's a little bit small and contains only "pulse chopping" control. However, I found it easy and convenient to use, and is sufficient for single or couple family use.
