Great product and Teflon is not toxic when comsumed...
I bought this product...great price for the set. It does what the other reviews have said and includes those as well. I just wanted to mention that Teflon is not reactive when consumed so it will just pass through your system. And as for the fume that comes out of it at high tempertaure...most of us don't own ovens/stoves that heat up the pans 570F+ so no need to worry about the fumes (which causes illness).

WOW!!!
These are the very best baking pans I've EVER owned...and I've own alot. They are thick and heavy duty. Cooked food just falls out of them. I've never seen better non-stick cookware. If you're looking for a great pan set buy these. They're worth twice the money.

I couldn't believe it.
I confess to being sceptical of the claims I read in the other reviews, regarding, in particular, how well the non-stick coating works. However, I am pleasantly surprised and agree with all the reviews I read.The pans are solid and heavy..well made. They are easy to handle and I like the sure-grip holders.Mostly, this is the first and only product I have tried with a non-stickcoating that actually works consistantly.I have a tendancy to cook things with marinades and sauces and the liquids coat and burn and have been impossible to clean well with other products and have resulted in the coatings coming off during cleaning.With this product, it is amazing how easy it cleans, even when it appears to have burned and crusted material on the surface of the pan.An easy scrubbing with a sponge(not even the scrubby side) and all comes off like it is sliding off a slick surface.Wonderful.And the price is very reasonable compared to many other expensive products out there.Thank you. A well designed set
I am very impressed with this set. The pans are of heavy guage steel and have rolled edges.I had 3 pounds of chicken on the cookie sheet and with a one handed lift the pan did not flex as my other pans did, again heavy guage steel.The handles and the nonstick surface have had no problems at 450 degrees. Other brands that I have used deteriorate rapidly at 400 degrees or above. Keep in mind I am not a cook and by my very method of cooking (set oven to high and wait til you smell something burning) I am very hard on pans of any kind. Talk about non-stick!!!
I add lots of cheese to my pizzas and it tends to get all over the pan.With other pans, the cheese sticks and I have to pry the pizza off with a spatula. BUT NOT THIS ONE!!It just slides right off with one shake.My party pizzas come out crisp and heated evenly.Also, I have cut my pizzas on this pan and there was barely a scratch on it.Very heavyweight with no warping.What a buy!

Seems like it will last a lifetime
This is a very well built pizza pan.I was visiting my moms the other day and took this to make homemade pizza with, and when she picked it up, she said "Wow.This feels like it'd be expensive!"But I don't think it is expensive for the quality of this product.I might buy another for when I need to make 2 homemade pizzas at the same time.

Makes great cookies...
I love the pan for cookies, but that is all I have used it for. They slide right off; however, the pan is heavy and slightly awkward to handle when hot.

I too have had trouble with cookies sticking to this "no-stick" pan. My biggest issue is that these cookie sheets are quite heavy. I tend to remove from the oven with just 1 hand. Extremely Happy With Pie Pan
I used my Cuisinart pie pan to make a pecan pie for Christmas.This particular pie always gave me sticking problems with my old Pyrex pie dish.The pecan pie was beautiful in the new pan, and each piece came out neat and clean.Cleanup was very easy.I made a quiche for New Years with equally great results.Neither the pie nor the quiche was "deep-dish", but the crust was easy to roll into an attractive edge about an inch below the top of the pan.I couildn't be happier.

Excellent, heavy-weight and deep; however....
keep in mind that 'non-stick' bakeware generally has a darker finish.This pan is no exception and is darker than the highly rated Cuisinart non-stick pizza pan.You will need to experiment a bit with baking temps and times so as not to scorch your deep-dish pie.

I've used this almost daily since I've gotten it!My cookie sheets are all getting old and marked up from being used for pizza, fish, drip pans... or whatever else we need at that moment.This baking mat bakes wonderfully... everything just pops off easily and it makes clean up a snap!!!I would highly recommend this to anyone!!!

Great pan, great value, great quality
I've had this pan for a year now and I love it! It has even baking and it's truly nice to have non-stick that is really non-stick. I've even used it to make mini pumpkin pies for my hubby and daughter's lunches and it was perfect! I purchased two when I ordered them and would do it again and again. I really like the cuisinart products and this is no exception!

I've used this pan four times now. The result has been very satisfactory. No matter I greased the pan or not, the muffins always came out so easily. I haven't tried to use dishwasher to clean the pan yet since it's so easy to clean by hand!

The desctiption does state that the cake pan has a "removable core and bottom."Does that leave any question that it is two pieces?

When I ordered this item it did NOT list that it had a removeable center peice. I was looking for a solid one peice to bake pound cakes in. The 2 peice does leak a bit, but is DOES NOT stick. NOTE: do not use spray pam on this item EVER as it will build a sticky film. I say just let others know it is NOT a solid pan.
