Fun to Use!
I saw these pans being used by Paula Deen to make cornbread to go with the fish she was cooking. I just had to have them and found them on Amazon. They are cute and fun to use, although it is a little tricky at first knowing how much to fill each one. (I had a few disasters with them rising out of the pans at first!) This Muffin Pan is a heavier weight which I prefer. Many of today's muffin pans are too light and cannot stand up to frequent washings, use in the convection oven, and banging around which they get in most kitchens.

I bought this pan on a whim from Target. It works very well. I use a flour-based baking spray and my cakes brown very well and cook evenly, with a full crust.
