After wanting a jumbo muffin pan for years, I finally received one as a wedding shower gift, and I love it!You can use this pan with standard muffin recipes that make a dozen small muffins; you'll just get six large muffins instead.With a bit longer cooking time than for smaller muffins, this muffin pan cooked my jumbo muffins to perfection:golden brown and evenly cooked throughout.Plus, it was completely non-stick, so getting the muffins out of the pan--even sticky blueberry-packed ones--wasn't a problem, and clean up was a breeze.A highly recommended item!

This is the product for you! Right after I got it, I couldn't wait to try it, so I ran to the store and bought muffin mix. I used two regular-sized boxes of apple cinnamon muffin mix and got six large muffins with nice domed tops. It took about twice as long for the muffins to bake but they were delicious. Awesome cupcakes!
I have been looking for good muffin pans, but i found great muffin pans!Nothing sticks to these, no spray needed.I did notice the bottom of my cupcakes were a little dark, so i lowered my oven by a few degrees and that fixed things.They are so easy to clean, i just put them right in the dishwasher.I even ordered the 6-cup muffin pans cause i liked these so much.

Fantastic popover pan
I have a family reputation for making fine popovers, and I love this popover pan. The popovers come out easily, provided I have remembered to grease the pan first. I used to use an extra large muffin tin, which worked fine, but for that classic popover shape, high and narrow, this popover pan is the best. Compared to muffin tin popovers, these are much airier on the inside, and not as dense.

my first silicone baking purchase
I did not buy mine through Amazon, but at another store.Mine came as a set with a metal holder, which I think they call a "sled".It has handles at both ends and allows the silicone muffin pan to go into the oven without placing it on a cookie sheet.This holder/sled makes getting the muffin pan in and out of the oven very easy.
Fantastic and worth every penny!
I am wondering if they may have changed these recently, since I had none of the problems that some of the older reviews have.I used cooking spray, and I baked the muffins for the same time as I would have in a metal pan.They came out perfectly.I did not even have to let them cool *at all*.I flipped the pan over, and every single one of them literally fell right out!

Didn't experience problems of other reviewers
i didn't experience the smell or sticking issues with my muffin tin.i have made 2 batches of muffins; the first were banana muffins in paper cups.i didn't spray the surface with cooking spray, and even though the muffins were tall and spilled over onto the top, they did not stick.Cleanup was a breeze.The second set of muffins were "dinner muffins", more like an herb dinner roll than a muffin.They were made without paper cups at all, and i sprayed lightly with cooking spray and experienced no sticking at all.They came out easy, tasted great, and i was thrilled.Both were new recipes to me.Cleanup is fast and easy, and no worry about that browning, crusty stuff that forms on aluminum bakeware.The sled was handy, too, though slightly cumbersome to clean and store.The only downside was that the muffin indentations were a little shallower than the traditional aluminum pan.

Not non stick for me either
My first batch of muffins stuck horrendously and I was very surprised. I will try once more, then throw away this pan if I have same trouble.

jumbo size disappointment
Warning: everything I bake in these has a weird taste because of the silicone - not a plastic taste, but kinda perfumey. It's disgusting.Giant paper muffin cups might help, but I'm buying new metal pans.If you care about taste, stay away from these!
