NotQuite as Good as it Seems
As an avid cake decorator and baker, I couldn't wait to have this carrier, especially for school events!I love the ability to carry 2 dozen cupcakes but was dissappointed in the design.As the bottom tray is intended to cook in, it has standard-sized baking cups.Therefore, when you place a decorated cupcake in it it sinks down and you have to smudge the frosting to get it out!The top tray is shallow so doesn't do that.I have placed marbles in the lower tray cups to elevate the cupcakes which works.

For what it is intended
The cupcake carrier seems great but I would recommend using a different pan to bake them in or else line the pan.The top carrier is plastic but it was a great idea using a metal pan for the bottom so that it does not sag when you carry it.I did not use it for baking to keep it new looking for the next use. ... WearEver Commercial 24-Cup Mini-Muffin Pan
This is a heavy-duty, commercial constructed bakeware! Muffins are well baked in this pan. Good heat conducting & easy release. However, the muffins are truly "mini". Each muffin cup measures 1-3/4 inches in top diameter, 1-1/4 inches in bottom diameter, and 3/4 inch deep, which is too small for me to use with the mini muffin paper lining cups I have. (I also have a Farberware 12-cup mini muffin pan, which fits the paper lining fine.) I just have to wash 24 cups every time after I use it, which bothers me a little! I've never put any nonstick bakeware/cookware in the dishwasher even though it's dishwasher safe. WearEver did carry lifetime warranty, but you have to pay for the shipping to send the item back to them before they send you the replacement one. ... Read more

Quality Muffin Pan, Huge Muffins!
This is a great product, the non-stick surface works well, the size of the muffins is great, not the small cupcake size you would normally find! Buy one, you won't be disappointed!

Giant cupcakes are more fun!
I really like these. Nonstick, so they wash up easily. I haven't found papers for these yet so I just use a little oil and they come out clean. If you use a recipe for 24 muffins or cupcakes, it will make about 12 of these giant ones (just bake a little longer). These are about 1/3 of the price I've seen in kitchen stores, and they are of good quality.

Muffin pans too big for most toaster ovens.

Perfect for yorkshire puddings
That's what we got it for- and it works great.
Not bad
I've always been told cast iron is best. Muffins came out fine but with a slight taste of "cast iron". Maybe there is remedy for that. This a great treat for the little ones.

Here's the secret -
They RUST like a son of a gun!If you have the misfortune to purchase this pan you will need to hand wash and dry it to slow down the rust process.Mine began to show rust after the very first use.After 3 uses it had rust in several of the cups and was too nasty to use.I'm back on amazon to buy some decent Chicago Metallic pans.I'm done buying these disposable cheapies.

Inexpensive, medium weight and truly non-stick.....
I tried my hand at berry muffins the other day.My main error was that I used paper muffin cups.The muffins tore when trying to remove the paper cups.The pan cleaned up with no scrubbing despite the appearance of having burned on berries/juice.Needless -to-say, I will not be using the paper cups again.They are totally unnecessary.

Love it
I have had my pan for about 3 weeks and I love it.I have not had a bad experience yet!I bake a batch of muffins almost every morning and they always come out just perfect.I have the sled with mine and I recommend it highly.I think anyone who doesn't have the sled would find they enjoy their pan much better with it.

I love this mini muffin pan
At first I bought a 12-cup nonstick mini muffin pan at Bed Bath and Beyond but I soon realized that 12 is not enough when it comes to mini muffins since any normal size recipe easy makes 3 times that many. So I bought this 24-cup pan and I really like it.The nonstick is great; the muffin pop out of the tin easily when they're done and clean up is easy too.Really, I paid almost the same for the smaller pan, but this one is much better.My husband likes to bake and says he can tell the difference too.

GREAT PAN
I bought 2 of these pans and have used them 3 times and they are still is like new. You do not need paper muffin cups, I sprayed it with PAM and the muffins pop right out. This is much better than the silicone pan I tried which worked the first time then after that, everything stuck even if it was sprayed with PAM. They are very heavy compared to the cheaper brands, I have a feeling because of how durable they feel that that will be around a long time.

Best I have ever used!
I have made muffins and cupcakes in the past with the paper wrappers because I can't stand to scrub out each individual muffin cup.I have tried every non-stick pan out there, and until these, guess what?They all stuck!Each cup would have it's little ring of crumbs that had to be scrubbed.Little tip for paper liner people:if you put 1/2 tsp water in the bottom of each cup before you put in your liners you won't have dark bottoms on your baked goods.Moving on:no more paper liners for me!This pan is truly non stick.I do spray them with a little oil from a pressurized oil sprayer (no propellant, I highly recommed this as well.) and they pop out great!I was surprised with my first batch at how quickly they were browning, but then remembered to adjust my oven temp.Almost all packages and recipes advise you to lower oven temperature 25 degrees or so for darker pans, and these do qualify.Once I adjusted my oven temperature I got perfectly browned, beautiful muffins.I love this pan so much that I bought two and now make muffins for my kids for breakfast often.

Very Handy
Love the Calphalon set. It is easy to clean from the no-stick surface and the paper slips right out of the pan. In the past I've used the stainless steel pans which were MUCH harder to clean and now I can't go back. I still haven't made any muffins with it, but the cupcakes are quite tasty!

Nearly no need for cooking spray.
I enjoy baking muffins.My usual complaint is that no matter how well you clena the muffin pans after each use, they never stay nice looking for long.These have done so for more than ayear and numerous times in the oven.They are so nonstick, you can almost forgo cooking sprays.The muffins practically pop out ontheir own when done baking.Cleaning is done in a blink.I ammonly disappointed I no longer have these, I had 2.When I was moving, the box these were in disappeared.So I will have to get 2 more.The price, it is great.You can not purchase good Professional Nonstick muffin pans for this price, they are at least 2x's as much.At this price, do as I did, get 2! ... Great pan, great value, great quality
I've had this pan for a year now and I love it! It has even baking and it's truly nice to have non-stick that is really non-stick. I've even used it to make mini pumpkin pies for my hubby and daughter's lunches and it was perfect! I purchased two when I ordered them and would do it again and again. I really like the cuisinart products and this is no exception!

Heavy-duty, true non-stick pan
I've used this pan four times now. The result has been very satisfactory. No matter I greased the pan or not, the muffins always came out so easily. I haven't tried to use dishwasher to clean the pan yet since it's so easy to clean by hand!
