Angel food cake with a flair
These mini angel pans are well made with an excellent finish which makes for easy cleanup and are perfect for individual servings that not only create culinary artistry for those with a flair, but also a wonderful taste experience. It will take approximately 12 pans for 1 box cake mix.A tip for cooling - turn each over (using the handles for support) onto 2 evenly spaced long strips of wood thick enough to keep them away from the counter surface.Works great!

It was perfect - great molds
I must confess it's the first time I use Silicon to bake, So I prepare my madeleines with a little sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts, walnuts, and almonds, and they turn out perfect, great cookies easy to make, just check the time in the oven, because it takes a little less time than normal metal molds. I recommend Le Creuset, because silicon molds are easy to use, to wash and to store. I'm happy to buy it. : ) ... Read more

Calphalon Commercial Mini Loaf Pans - Excellent!
The Calphalon Commercial Nonstick Bakeware line is excellent.The nonstick coating is superb, they are heavy, sturdy and very well made.The nonstick coating is so slippery nothing sticks to it.I have the large, medium and mini set of loaf pans and they are all fantastic.The large and medium sizes are great for breads, banana bread, pound cake, etc. and the minis are great for holiday baked gifts or personalized desserts.Who wouldn't like their own mini pound cake? Beats other brands hands down
I bake breads a lot, especially sweet breads.I had bought a medium Calphalon loaf pan from the same line and absolutely love it.However, I couldn't find the Calphalon brand mini-loaf pan locally, so I bought a set from Williams-Sonoma.The WS pans looked very similar, but were absolutely no comparison.For one thing, the WS pans started rusting under the rim immediately (after the first wash, and, believe me, I baby my bakeware!)So, needless to say, the WS pans went right back to the store!I found these pans here at a great price!I am so glad I have these now, and I will never make that mistake again!

I can't tell you enough good about these mini baking pans. Around the holiday's i bake pumpkin nut bread to give to neighbors and friends. I used to buy those aluminum throw away loaf pans and they are terrible, i would re use them and they would stick in the pan after i baked them...wasted a lot of money on them. Now i have these wonderful mini loaf pans that i will have and use forever, no more wasting my money on those throw away pans.
