a nice cutter
This doughnut cutter was a huge help for me. Though it may seem small at only three inches in diameter, it is actually well suited to doughnut-making--they plump up quite a bit in the hot oil. It was easy to use--much easier than trying to cut donuts freehand--and a snap to clean off. The only issue I had was the inner blade, the part that cuts the hole. It wasn't flush with the outer blade, so it would only make a circular outline where the hole should be. I had to insert a turkey skewer into the top of the cutter in order to remove the excess dough from the center. I suppose that this would be helpful for making filled doughnuts, and the use of this cutter sped up the process nonetheless. It's a great kitchen tool to have. ... Read more

Not impressed
I was extremely disappointed by the size of this item.It is for an individual serving.I would not purchase this item again, never.Also felt the color was off, not a true red, more like a coral.

I really thought this was a big enough bowl to make soup for a family of 6 and it turns out that this is made to fill enough soup for 1 only. This holds 3 cups not 11 cups and is orange not yellow.
i wished i read the reviews first.
it doesn't hold 11-cups as stated. amazon really needs to update their item listings. it's about the size of a medium bowl.

Way smaller than it looks
I ordered this baker for my mother because she is remodeling her kitchen and yellow is her primary color. The decription says 11 cup capacity but there is NO WAY this is true. It holds just over 2 ups of liquid. Yeah, TWO cups, not ELEVEN. Big difference. I tried to return it and was told that there would be a $5 re-stocking fee!! great pan
The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because of the cup bottoms.They have to be washed by hand because they stick together if you try to wash them in the dishwasher.The pan can go in the dishwasher (but don't let it sit with water on it too long - it will start to rust).Otherwise, the pan works great, and makes presentation a snap.I've used it twice and already received many compliments, and one person asking what bakery I bought them at - because they were too perfect too be homemade!

My dish for the holidays is always mini-cheesecakes.It was always frustrating to get them out of my mini-muffin pan.This pan has made it so easy!I no longer dread making this dessert.Just a note though... the cups on this pan are approx twice as big as a regular mini-muffin pan so adjust your recipe accordingly.I just double my recipe and get bigger mini-cheesecakes.I don't think anyone will mind. ... Best Thing Since Sliced Bread
The sili-cups are wonderful!After baking, transfer to a wire rack for cooling, sili-cup and all.Wait 5-10 minutes and they will pop right out.No messy papers to deal with.I love these!

Wow! Silicone Cups - That was my first expression when I heard about Sili-Cups from a co-worker. I often bake cup cakes or chocolate cookies for my nieces and nephews, so I decided to try these sili-cups out. I followed the instructions and waited eagerly till I heard the oven bell ring indicating that the cakes were ready to be served.Taking the sili-cups out from the oven, I turned it upside down to a serving plate, but alas the cake remained stuck to the cup. I was disappointed that it did not pop out as claimed. Finally, I had to gently loosen the sides with a blunt knife for the cake to fall out of the cup. Great Non-stick Pan
I'm a novice baker and didn't have any problem with popping the cake out.I just coated it slightly with magarine, dusted with flour, and then pour the batter in.I think I'll try without the magarine next time and see.

frustrating
Gorgeous heavy pans very even browning.Darn near impossible to get out of the pan in one piece.Have tried these pans four times once with PAM once with PAM and flour Once with grease and Once with Grease and flour and have never managed to get more than one out all in one piece.Maybe better luck with professional baking spray that combines grease and flour?Hope to get these to work they are so pretty and are a really nice size ...
