This is my second set of Pyrex Custard Cups ...
... and I don't even make Custard! *LOL*I just love these for small servings of ice cream, fruit, side dishes, etc.They are great with meals for anything that you don't want to mix with the other foods on your plate.They are perfect for snacks and desserts.They are great for things such as pickles, olives, chopped onions, relish, dips, etc. on a casual buffet or picnic table.They also work well for pre-portioning ingredients when making a complicated recipe or allowing younger kids to cook with you.The typical Pyrex glass which is thick and a bit heavy is perfect for my family because it holds up to less than gentle everyday use.I still want my children to learn to be careful with china and glassware, but I see no reason to be too 'precious' about everday dishware.

Prepped and ready to go!
Mise en place is the French term for having all your ingredients prepped and ready to go before starting you start cooking.This technique is so important for proper cooking and these dishes really help you break that old habit of cooking and prepping at the same time.I use them to pre-measure all my spices, juices, liquids, etc. so that I don't have to be rushing around the kitchen as things are burning wishing that I had everything ready.
good small sizes
I have these but my only drawback is that they don't come with covers. I've made puddings, desserts or whatever and then you have to use saran to cover them and it's not easy trying to put a small piece of saran wrap on it without covering the whole dish, as they are small dishes. Not a total bad thing but covers would make these a 5 stars for me.They are perfect for small leftovers, using for prep food meals, or for little kids to put snacks in. Awesome!
I was so excited to find this pan.It is absolutely wonderful.I ordered two and if I had more kitchen space I'd get two more!I used them to make mini lemon cheesecakes for a wedding shower and they were a hit!Removing the cheesecakes was simple and clean up was a beeze.VERY highly recommended!

Awesome (after a few recipe tests)
I love this pan! It makes the cutest cheesecakes. However, be sure not to fill the cups too full and the cheesecakes are best if you press the crust up the sides (use a shot glass to do this). I found a recipe online after some hunting that turned out great. I can't wait to experiment more.

I love this pan! Makes the perfect single serving size. The first time I used this, I baked single servings of chocolate mousse cake. It was simple to use, and it was pretty easy to clean too. It was really helpful as making single serving chocolate mousse cake before was tedious as I had to use a cookie cutter to shape the cake and mold the mousse. Wish I had bought two instead of one when it was on sale.

Wonderful!

I Love This Pan!
This pan is fabulous!I am a huge fan of scones, but never managed to cut them into neat, tidy triangles, so always resorted to patting the dough out into a circle and scoring it.This nifty pan takes care of the triangles.Just put the dough into the 16 triangles, pop the pan in the oven, and bake.The scones come out golden.Turn the pan upside down, give a couple of quick shakes and the scones slide right out.Since buying this pan, I have used it exclusively for my scones.

tastes great, but too brown
This pan is very functional--makes wonderful mini-madeleines that are almost perfect--spongy, delicate, comes off in one piece easily thanks to the nonstick coating, heats evenly, etc.My only complaint is that the shell-surface is too brown, instead of that nice yellow-golden appearance.This seems to be a problem with nonstick pans in general.Other than this, excellent pan. ... This pan comes out of my cabinet for all national holidays and most parties.In fact, since the first batch various members of the family have requested them at every holiday gathering.
Fantastic popover pan
I have a family reputation for making fine popovers, and I love this popover pan. The popovers come out easily, provided I have remembered to grease the pan first. I used to use an extra large muffin tin, which worked fine, but for that classic popover shape, high and narrow, this popover pan is the best. Compared to muffin tin popovers, these are much airier on the inside, and not as dense.

Nonstick at first, then degrades
I've had this pan for about 5 years. The first batches worked great and I bought pans for everybody, but slowly more and more bits stuck to the pan. I'm using the same cake recipe, so I can only conclude it's the pan that's changing.
Nordic Multi Bundt Pans
I saw these in another catalog and would have had to pay shipping and thought they were expensive until I got the product. I purshased another 6 cakes bundt with different designs. I used the cooking spray and hoped for the best. I made a banana muffin recipie, wrapped them indivudually and put a bow ribbon and gave to my clerical pool as a breakfast treat. The folk were impressed because of the detailing of the muffins and they tasted great. I loved the individual cakes and the pan was wonderful. I have bought several other designs and use them for special occasions.
