Disappointing product
Both pads "burned" on the backside the first time I used them.They are still serviceable, but the "burned" areas are hard.They were used in a normal kitchen--no blow torches.

THE BEST EVER
I found these and the mitt about 4 years ago.I would never use anything else!!They last forever,are easily cleaned and work great (just make sure you use the side with the writing next to your hand and the rubbery side next to the hot).I'm so excited to see them on Amazon,I'm ordering 4 more!!! ... Arrived shattered twice
I ordered these. They came in a cardboard box with NO PADDING. They shattered. I asked for replacements and asked them to pad them. Those ALSO shattered because they weren't padded. The third time I called they said they can't promised they'd be padded and gave me a refund! They won't send them again because they can't tell the shipping people to pad them. Ridiculous. ...
