The best bakeware that you will find
I received the Chicago Metallic Nonstick jellyroll pan for my birthday last year and I love it.I use it mostly to bake sheet cakes and they always come out perfectly and clean-up is a breeze.Even if you happen to put off washing it until the next morning the dried on food always washes right off with a little soap and water.I would recommed these pans to anyone- if you are hesitant about buying them-give it a try, it will be worth it!

The best non-stick pans out there!
I've purchased and tried them all, and these beat everyone of the nonstick pans out there.They are heavy duty, never warping under the direct heat of the broiler, and clean up in a breeze with a little soap and water.I cooked everything on them from steak to cookies and everything cooks perfectly.The best part about them is that even though they are dark, cookies don't burn on the bottom like they do with most dark pans.They will probably last a life time.I like them so much, I started buying them as gifts.

If you bake cookies like I do
These pans are a great value . They are heavy duty and will last for a long time. I do alot of baking and need to freguently replace them. Theyheat evenly to prevent burning. The extra large size cuts my time in half so I can spend more time enjoying the end results with my family. The silverstone coating makes clean-up a breeze. A kitchen must have
This aluminum jelly roll pan works great for cookies and other things in the kitchen. I have about 8 of them. The really hold up well compared to other bakeware I've used and they don't brown the bottoms at all. They are a little on the expensive side, but well worth it for how long the last and hold up.

Ok, I just got this pan and I haven't used it yet but it seems great! And wearever is usually a good brand. It is really nice and heavy and I think it will do a great job! I love this pan
I've have been regularly using this beautiful pan for nearly three and a half years and it still functions wonderfully and it looks brand new.This is a worthwhile addition to any kitchen that is in constant use.I used to replace my jelly roll pans at least once or twice a year because of the abuse they took.I was hesitant because of the high cost, but as with all my All-Clad pieces, I don't regret it.It has definitely paid for itself in this busy kitchen.

Warp Speed Ahead!
I purchased two of these All-Clad jelly roll pans and they definitely do warp! Even at a temperature as low as 350 degrees and with something as light as 2 pounds (centered in the pan) they still warp. A great pan!

oversized handles
The oversized handles measure 1.5 inches each adding 3 inches to the pan making it 20 9/16 x 12 3/4. I haven't used it yet because it won't fit in my 17" wall oven due to the extra handle dimensions.It's a very heavy pan and perfect for baking cookies because it weighs 2.35 pounds and I don't think it could warp. I'm going to keep the 4 I ordered for my future oven and order the 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 size ones. These are a bargain at under 10 bucks. I still give it 5 stars based upon weight, coating, and price. ... Warped in broiler!
This pan is absolute junk- DO NOT BUY IT!I have several Calphalon items, and have been generally happy.However, when cooking bacon-wrapped shrimp in the oven today (on broil-high setting) for just a few minutes, it WARPED very noticeably- won't even lay flat.I'm going to throw it out and find a new one of a different brand.
Calphalon Jelly Roll Pan
I trusted the price & name of Calphalon, thinking it would be superior to my old, cheap and warped pans.But the other reviewers were right!Even this pricey, heavy pan went "twaanngg" in the oven.Upon cooling it returned to flat, but it does warp.However, it is nice & heavy, so it won't bend if it contains a heavy load on the way to the oven and it cleans up quickly.But I'm not convinced I gained alot by pitching my old pans, other than it matches the rest of my Calphalon cook/bakeware, so it looks professional even if it does not perform so.

really deserves zero stars
i have used calphalon bakeware for almost 10 years and i wouldn't trade it for anything, never sticks or warps. the only piece i was missing was the jelly roll pan, which i received as a gift two years ago. it wasn't as dark as my other bakeware pieces and it certainly didn't work as well.this pan warps it the oven (you could hear the pop) and everything sticks to it.the pan is now terribly discolored from the food that has gotten stuck to it. whenever i use it, i have to heavily grease it with butter or douse it with cooking spray, and even then it sometimes sticks!!!! definitly would not recommend. ... I use these for everything!
They're so sturdy, so large, so well built that they get pressed into service all the time.Perfect for cookies, pizzas, even roasting vegetables or meats.They don't scratch, they're non-stick, cleanup is a breeze, they heat evenly... what more could you ask for in a baking pan?The other day I even had a delicate item which needed to be heated at a low temperature for about half an hour. I sandwiched it between two of these pans and it came out completely unscathed.These are the best baking sheets I have ever used.
