This jelly roll pan is the best I have ever used. It feels and works like commercial quality.I will never use anything else.

a disappointment
i'd heard good things about this brand so i was really looking forward to using it. what a disappointment. maybe i got a lemon? it actually warped on its very first use. the product information claims the temperature limit to be 450 degrees but it warped after toasting bread crumbs for 5 minutes in a 400 degree oven. it clinched the one star rating when i washed it out in the sink and towel dried it off - water was dripping on my foot. i looked and it was actually coming from the corner lip at the seam underneath. that "Aire" pocket sprung a leak! i would have returned this product had my toddler not made a rocket ship out of the packing materials and receipts. ... Stainless anyone?
Tim is absolutely right. Cooks Illustrated did a roundup some years ago and their basic conclusion was that lighter is better. Dark cookie sheets burn things. (i.e. nonstick.) (The also gave a nod but not really a review to those two-layer airpans. Avoid them--CC cookies take forever to brown, come out crunchy instead of chewy.)

Just Plain Terrific!
The Doughmakers products are all wonderful. I started out with this baking sheet and was so impressed that I now own 3, as well as the 9 X 13 pan, the jellyroll and two of the loaf pans. Cookies and rolls bake evenly, and the overflow from a pizza washes off with hot water and just a bit of scrubbing -- really very little effort. I wash them all by hand, and it is not a chore. The pans are sturdy. They get a lot of use in my kitchen, and are holding up just fine. This is the product to replace your old stuff with -- and just the thing for shower gifts, or for people starting out fresh. I bet I'll never require new baking sheets again now!

Best Cookie Sheet Ever Made
This is the best!!!! Won't rust or discolor or peel or scratch, etc.I would recommend handwashing because the only thing I have found is that the dishwasher or the detergent is hard on it.If you really like the crisp (not burned) bottom on your cookie you may prefer other darker sheets.Otherwise, for even baking and non sticking and lasting endurance this is the sheet for you.

Excellent Pans for Any Kind of Baking
These do a fantastic job for baking anything; cookies, jelly rolls, rolls, biscuits.The only negative is that there is only one cooling rack and there is no way to purchase a second one.

I ordered this set because I need jelly-roll pans with a baking surface of 13" X 18".I was disappointed to discover that the baking surface is actually only 11 and 1/2" X 16 and 1/2".I sent the pans back so I can not rate the actual quality of the pans.

These cookie sheets (actually jelly roll pans, because they have short walls on all four sides) are heavy and well-made.I have had no problems with them warping when placed in, or removed from, a hot oven.(That buckling sound when pans warp always startles me!)

Warped during first use
I would not buy this pan again. It came out of the box scrached and it warped during the first use. I never had any problems with other Kaiser pans before but this one isn't worth the money.

NOT non-stick, but otherwise a good pan
I bought this pan because it was non-stick, plus it had the air cushion between the layer of steel.I bake my usual brownies and cookies and they all stuck to the pan.It stuck more than my glass pyrex casserole pans.It was not easy to get it off, I had to scrape it off and it took time and a bit of muscle.Definitely not non-stick.The air cusion works from preventing the bottom of the cookies from overbrowning, which is not exactly a great idea since the top of the cookie become significantly more brown than the bottom of the cookie, which sometimes is moist and not quite holding the cookie together.
