Does what it is supposed to do, and does it very well.
After reading reviews of George Foreman grills and competing grills, we bought this one because it was on sale. We could not be happier with our purchase. While we have only had it a month and cannot attest to its durability, the grill cooks great and cleans up easily. We have grilled steaks, salmon filets and frozen salmon burgers, vegatables, chicken breasts and sandwiches. Everything turned out great. Both sides of whatever we grilled cooked evenly and quickly. And, although the cooking plates don't come out to clean, they clean up quickly with just a wet paper towel. So far, we love it. ... Read more

Way too hot
Ditto to what everyone else has said about the crockpot cooking way too hot.I didn't return it since I had tried three different recipes. Each one had worked well in my old crockpot, but in this one they were terrible. I threw the whole thing out and bought a different brand.

Slow Cooker --NOT!
I finally got around to reading the review on this "slow cooker". I'm so sorry I didn't check these reviews out before I bought this product last year. I thought the problem was me and my overly high expectations of what a slow cooker could do for a busy working mom. I thought I could put the ingredients to cook for eight hours and come home to a juicy, home cooked meal. The appliance cooks so hot that you cannot leave it unnattended for over an hour. For spaghetti sauce, it boils within a half an hour on LOW and will burn if left to cook for the minimum setting of eight hours. I have better luck making my sauce on the stove top and letting it simmer on the lowest setting. At least on your stove top you have some control over the temperature. Do not buy this product unless you want to come home to a meal of chicken breasts that taste like baseballs.There is nothing slow about the cooking and you can give up on "fix it and forget it".

I recently purchased this.The top handle that I pick up gets very hot to the touch. Unfortunately, this is a safety issue and I find this a manufacturing defect.The product would be fine except for this issue. I will be returning the product in exchange for another.

Krups is always good!
Customer below wrote that the tea pot gave toxic smell. It says in the instructions that you have to boil the water twice before you use it to get rid of the new plastic smell. Most of the electic tea kettles require it. I boiled the water twice, and when I made myself a cup of tea there was no smell what so ever. This tea kettle is very comfortable, easy to clean, and it boils water very fast. This is my 3rd item from Krups. I just bought the Convectional Toaster Oven from them and I likeit a LOT! Much better then microwave!

I can't get one single can open with this contraption. I too end up using my handheld can opener.

ALMOST perfect
I tried the awful Brookstone mug warmer.Then I got this Rival.It is MUCH better than the Brookstone.It keeps my tea ALMOST as hot as I would like it, and if my tea starts out plenty hot, it slows the rate of cooling so that it is tasty for quite a while.In a perfect world, it would have more than one setting to accommodate different people's tastes, but until that happy day, this is a good one.

Works perfectly for me
I saw some not-so-great reviews for this product and I thought I would add my two cents.This little thing works great for me.It comes with an 8 oz. mug, which is a little small for my liking, but fits my larger standard size mug just fine.It does what it supposed to do very very well.It keeps your beverage (in my case, tea) right on the border of hot and too hot.I guess everyone has a difference tollerance for pain.I have found this leaves my tea at the perfect temperature.Like I said, hot but not so hot you'll burn yourself.Great product.Hope it lasts a long time.

Not Perfect, But the Best one I've found yet.
I am a slow coffee drinker, not a gulper, so my coffee would always get ice cold before I could drink even half of it. I was in search of something that would keep my coffee nice and hot, not burning, but hot. In search of the perfect coffee warmer I bought a few different brands and tried them out. What I found out was that none of them will keep your coffee piping hot. But the Rival 14005 Beverage Warmer was the best one out of the ones I tried. So if you absolutely must have your coffee piping hot then I'm afraid you are out of luck. But if your like me and would rather have it warm than ice cold this is the mug warmer for you.

Decent unit - storage could be easier
This Rival GR201 20-1/2-Inch Cool Touch Griddle heats up fast and does a good job of evenly cooking pancakes, tortillas and flatbreads.I wouldn't cook anything greasy or messy on it because I don't want the grease splashing around in my kitchen.
Very quick and easy to clean
I enjoy using this product as it is a really quick way to cook a meal for the family. I am able to fit all of my meat that I am currently cooking on the griddle and since the grease flows into a cup the meat has less fat.
Rival Griddle good but .....
With our boys getting bigger we were having trouble keeping them in hotcake or grilled sandwiches with just a skillet. We saw this griddle on sale at Fred Meyer (Anchorage AK)last April and decided to try it.We have loved it. Really makes break fasts and lunches much handier - especially with guests. Can Piercer is All
Do NOT buy this can opener!It is $15 worth of frustration and anger.I just finally threw mine in the trash after two years of struggle.Most of the time I ended up having to open cans with a hand opener that was my grandmother's from the 50's!It is extra tall for big cans, but won't open anything larger or wider than a mini can of sliced olives.It locks up and won't turn, causing you to try to muscle it around yourself.At the end of mine's life, it would get so stuck I couldn't lift the handle to get the can out, yet it kept running and was getting hot even.

WestBend electric skillet
I love this electric skillet have had one for years and have had no problems with this brand. There is some draw backs however with this skillet some meats like sausage does not get browned but all other meats do very well and the non stick teflon does wear off quickly. Thermostat outlast the skillet and cooks evenly but for the money it's a very good kitchen appliance, I would recommend this product especially to newly married couples.

Fantastic unbelievable table top stove
For most Americans who are not familiar with table top cooking (at the dinner table), Asians usually will make sukiyaki, shabu shabu, hotpot, grilled Korean beef ribs, etc etc on the dinner table.Especially during the winter.
