Great system, but finding pods locally? Not so good
I bought the red Melitta One:One. I LOVED it for about 2 months. Then I started having trouble finding the pods. I bought this at Target, they quit selling the pods, then Linen and Things quit, no grocery store carries them, nothing local.
What a POS...
Started having problems with hot water spraying out and burning those who stand in front. Contacted Melitta and they said they are aware of the issue and I have to "purchase" a pod holder adapter due to the pods are too thick. I questioned charging people for something they manufactured and were notified was defective, the dummy on the phone didn't have an answer. I do not recommend this product. Maybe a class action is due?

great for 2 months, then it's lousy
Bought one of these, and loved the features.Within a month, the unit started malfunctioning...leaking water, brewing half a pot, sneak a cup feature began to leak.Returned the unit for a replacement.After two months, I am having the same problems again with the replacement.You couldn't give me another one of these units...I am going to go buy something else. ... If potential kitchen fires are your best part of waking up..
I bought my first Krups Cafe Express about 8 months ago from Bed Bath & Beyond. I was looking for a small coffee maker b/c Ihave a small apartment & don't drink much coffee, so this one was perfect.It worked great for the first 3-4 months, until one morning I went to turn it on & the on/off button not only fell off, but sparks and smoke blew out the place where the button once was.I returned it to the store and exchanged it for another one, exact same model (I really like the coffee maker), yet again 4 months later the button popped off and out came sparks and smoke.So needless to say I won't be buying another, it makes great coffee and it fits well in a small kitchen, but this manufacturing flaw makes it really not worth it.

Doesn't Get Hot Enough !
Nice coffeemaker, good features - it just doesn't get the coffee hot enough and I will be replacing mine.

Only OK...
I find the coffee is pretty decent, not great. But the worst thing is that the coffee never gets hot! I always have to nuke it in the microwave, especially after pouring milk in it (even after waiting for the burner to get hot).

Bunn Coffee Brewer
This is a great product, its my second one and I don't think I will go back to using any other brand.

A special coffee maker; A great cup of coffee
Thirty years ago I purchased a Bunn-O-Matic home coffee maker. It was wonderful then. As I have always made 2 pots of coffee per day, I tend to wear our coffee machines in under 4 years each. Since the original Bunn that I had I have gone through 2 more plus several other brands. I learned a good lesson. Once you have had the best, don't experiment with the unknown. The other brand coffee makers, Mr. Coffee, Hamilton Beach, etc. all paled in comparison to the Bunns.

Stupid thing does not have auto off
I like the design on the whole, but not only does this unit not have auto off, it also has a rocker style switch that is easy to bump on accidentally.That means I have to plug and unplug the unit each time I want to use it.Really dumb design.Even the low cost coffee pots that I have bought have had auto-off, and this unit was not exactly cheap.
