I'm thoroughly impressed by this set of inexpensive skillets: each of the three are the right size for my use:Small skillet for nice round pancakes, larger skillet for general stir-fry, the griddle for bacon, eggs and toasting bread (with more than enough real-estate to cook two of three at the same time - could have crammed in the bacon but that releases too much fat).

Value for money. Not less not more.

Im in love!
Ive struggled for the past 7 years to find some decent non stick skillets for use without oil. Well they would work like for less then a month, and then everything would go downhill from there. Not with these skillets. I saw they were great quality right from the beggining. You will no regret buying these skillets, especially at the price their practically giving them away. :)

Buy one set and never another
This is a great solution for space-restricted kitchens. One set of these pyrex dishes and you can bake or cook and go to the fridge to store. So no need to have a pile of plastic storage ware. Also, plastic stains with tomato sauce and berries. These glass dishes are stain-proof. And you can microwave them; I don't like microwaving plastic because it can melt.

Wife hates them.
I bought this "Everyday" pan, plus a 2 1/2 quart sauce pan at the same time with the "Commercial Hard-Anodized finish" because she loved the Calphalon omelet pan I got for her four months ago, and I thought that these would be a good addition.
We love this pan
My boyfriend and I love this pan.It's a great size and depth.We use it all the time.It may not be "non-stick", but I find it really easy to clean - even after I left risotto in it for four days.The only drawback I found is that it scratches really easily - make sure to use plastic/silicone tools.

Disappointing for Calphalon
I own a good amount of high end cookware, and do a large amount of cooking.I own several pans in the Calphalon Commercial line, including this pan.This is the perfect size pan, and that is originally why I purchased it, but other than it's size, it's useless.Everything sticks to this pan, even when the pan is greased.It's been very frustrating to cook with the pan, and find out that your food is stuck to the pan.Cleanup is diffcult.I wash all my pans by hand, to preserve them, and this is the most difficult pan to clean.It still has marks on the bottom pan where food stuck while cooking.I read previous reviews and followed the advice about cleaning the pan, but it still looks the same.I've decided to order a pan from a different line. ... Nonstick? Right
I have had my analon "professional" since 1996, I loved it at first, in fact, I don't even own metal utensils, so I was confident it would never scratch the non-stick finish. Now, 10 years later, I can tell you that all the pans I barely used, are still fine, look good. The pans I used daily (the fry pans) are absolute messes. I cook with egg whites a lot, so I think that having something so hard to get off really had taken a toll on the pans.

Overall is good. The sizes of the 2 sauce pots are too close. I never use the smaller one. It is useless. So, you are actually buying 6 pc instead of 8 pc, unless you have a lot of different sauce to cook in 1 meal!

small, but nice
As mentioned in a previous review, these are 5x7 dishes.Excellent for single servings of lasagne, manicotti, etc.The sides only come up about an inch though, making a shepherd's pie or pot pie type dish a bit on the small side.The cookware is oven safe, but not broiler safe, due to the silicone handles.

Great bakeware
I ordered 2 sets of these and they are perfect for us now that we are "empty nesters". Just the right size for individual servings, or a small side dish for two. Now I am back for more to give as gifts, you can't beat the price and quality.

Outstanding product
I purchased the Lodge Logic 10-1/2 inch skillet ($9.63) and a 5 quart Dutch oven ($29.99). The order confirmation was received within a few minutes. Eight hours later another notification was received stating that the skillet had been shipped and the oven was backordered. Both were classified as "Free Shipping" items...no way. A package was delivered by UPS in three days. It was rather large and I thought my spouse made a purchase. The box was opened. It contained another box bubble wrapped. The second box was opened and it contained the skillet...again, bubble wrapped. The skillet was in perfect condition...no irregular pre-seasoning patterns at all. Four days later the oven and lid (fits the skillet too) arrived...same scenario. I have used both and am delighted with the quality of Lodge products. A few minor small pitmarks are on the bottom of each, but that goes along with sand casting iron. Kinda adds a bit of frontier flavor to my new goodies. They are basically non-stick and clean easily if you follow the enclosed instructions. Cooking with cast iron products is delightful....slow, even and predictable.
Sold on Cast Iron - Easy and Good Results
I used to think that the best cookware is anodized aluminum Calphalon with the most advanced non-stick surface.Well, there still is a place for those expen$ive pans, but old-fashioned cast-iron cookware is now my favorite.

Dissapointed.
Just bought this item this week, was very excited about using it for the first time. Turned out to be a huge mess. The stove turned black right under the grill, it took like 20 min to clean it up, burned up mess. Also there there is soo much smoke coming from the grill I had to shut off the smoke detector for a while. Overall the food came out pretty good but the mess with the stove really upset me.

Perfect for omelets, etc. without toxic teflon
It's worth the extra weight.The preseasoning makes it easy to use and cleaning is super easy; just very hot water.

Great smokey taste indoors
I had researched for several months before deciding on this grill pan. I had used cast iron since the 70's and loved it. After watching on the Food network all the indoor grilling that was being done and how good it looked I decided to give it a try. This pan was also recommended on the Food Network and it is one that is used on several shows. I have grilled everything from vegs to fruits and all kinds of meats and fish and everything has come out beautiful and moist, with a great smokey flavor. After the pan cools I clean it in hot water with a stiff brush, dry, rub with oil and leave on my stove top for the next use. Great pot!
Just the right size for a lot of things---from chili to a brisket to boiling macatoni. Although not as heavy as regular Calphalon products, it's still a great addition to my pots and pans. I haven't tried using it in the oven yet but it's been great for everything else I've made in it.

Don't burn the macaroni
I purchased this pot in January, and have used it several times a week since.I love the pot for sauces and other stove top applications, it has worked tremedously on my ceramic stove top (grrr hate the ceramic wish it was gas but that is a different review).The pot has been easy to clean and the finish has held up very well, and I looked forward to years of use until I boiled the pot dry with my macaroni noodles.The noodles seemed to have bonded in a blackened brotherhood to the bottom of the pot and no amount of soaking, scrubbing, cleaning can seem to coax them to separate again.Because this little incident had more to do with being the mother of a teething 8 month old and had very little to do with the pot, I will definatly be purchasing another pot.

Was Great At First
I have had two of these for a year now and after using about 3 times a week,I can tell a difference in performance.Mostly used to cook breakfast,you know the healthy stuff,bacon,eggs and hashbrowns.Foods are starting to stick a little.If they stay like this,it'll be O.K.I can only envision what happens to teflon pans,because that's all I've had in the past..getting worse,but these are not teflon.

Makes things simple
I really like the size of this sauteuse because it allows me to do a lot of cooking (frying, stir fry, sauces, boiling, etc) with little mess.I haven't noticed any changes in the nonstick coating, but for $20, this is easily replaceable.

I got this Calphalon 5-Quart saucier several months ago from Amazon at full price.I have been using Calphalon cookwares for the past 10 years. This is a great addition to my Calphalon collection.I have been noticing in recent years, Calphalon cookwares sold by Amazon come in a plain white generic box, which is disappointing, especially for gift giving, I enjoy the printed Calphalon retail box.To my surprise, this saucier comes in a nice multi-colored printed Calphalon retail box, just like the high quality Calphalon you got a few years ago.Currently, there is no image showing.The saucier comes with a sliver-tone lid, not the glass lid. It has two stainless loop handles.If you really want to know what the pot looks like, the saucier looks a lot like the Simply Calphalon Nonstick 5-Quart Chili Pot. The quality of the saucier is consistant with the high quality Calphalon commercial nonstick line of products. Food won't burn with this stockpot
I once purchased a set of Caphalon Commerical Hard-Anodized pots and instantly fell in love with them. Since then, I've slowly converted all of my cookware to this line.
The size is what matters here!
The only challenge I had with this pot was fitting it into my cupboard. I have had it a month now and used it to boil the meat off a good sized turky, as well as for several other soups. It seems to hold and disperse heat well. If you like to cook one time, freeze it and eat it all week this is the pot.

I just wanted to add my 2 bits. I was pleasantly surprised when I received this shipment.
Great product and Teflon is not toxic when comsumed...
I bought this product...great price for the set. It does what the other reviews have said and includes those as well. I just wanted to mention that Teflon is not reactive when consumed so it will just pass through your system. And as for the fume that comes out of it at high tempertaure...most of us don't own ovens/stoves that heat up the pans 570F+ so no need to worry about the fumes (which causes illness).
