Researcher's delight
I do a lot of research work and often have two or three books open on my desk next to my computer. This book clip is an invaluable tool for helping me quickly and effectively to hold the books open while I type in the quoted material.

This Book Magic Book Clip is absolutly fantastic and unique for paperback books. As far as useful inventions go it ranks right up there with paper clips, clothes pins and velcro! And it beats any other type of book clip.

Matching sets
If you have a few recipes you would rather type out, this book can be used as a recipe folder instead of a recipe card holder. Either way, it is a very useful item and can be used for recipes that might be too long to fit on one recipe card. You can see two cards at once, so you can write one recipe on two cards and see the entire recipe without turning the page.

Cheaply made
I used this item twice.It holds a thin cookbook.But, it doesn't hold it at the correct angle.If you want to read the recipe, you have to prop it up on something. That's what I was doing before and what I'm doing again.It was too much of a hassle using the stand.It's a nice decoration, but not practical.

Shipping almost the same as the price?
