This product came w/o an assembly manual (except for dusting instructions). I would not normally consider that a problem except I can't figure out how to install coat holder arms? Can anyone help?

good product at reasonable price
I bought this item for myself a couple years ago at my local Target store and when my son needed a clothes tree for his apartment, I bought one for him online.This item is hard to find in stores.It is compact, inexpensive and functional.

Excellent utility, good style
This is a very nice, solid, and sturdy piece of furniture that is incredibly easy to put together (and therefore easy to take apart...for storage or transport). Looks nice, plain, lightly lacquered rubberwood. This will serve me well for years, I'm sure. No more clothes and coats draped on chairs.

It Works!
My new oaken coat tree is fabulous. Ever since day one it has performed beyond expectations. Right now it is over there in the corner holding three jackets and one hat without even being plugged in. Seriously, it is the best thing I have purchased this year as far as value and utility. I cannot pass it without patting myself on the back.

Product is good; directions lousy
The rack went together w/o any problems & is serving its purpose very well.The written directions were VERY poor; however, it wasn't rocket science & went together easily.

Very Nice!
I love it! Very fast delivery, very easy to put togther, nice and sturdy,I'm pleased.

fell apart
The wood's nice, but the screws for installation are way too small (that's where you save the bucks, I guess).The thing fell apart as soon as it was put together (as tightly as it could be).Luckily my husband is a carpenter and he was able to reinforce the base.Don't buy it unless you're willing and able to rig it.It's not worth having to box it up and ship it back, even if they do reimburse you for postage!!!

sturdy even when over loaded
This coat tree has been a godsend to our lack of closet space.This winter we have loaded it down with winter coats, rain coats, knapsacks etc.. and it has stood steady and firm.Highly recommended as a reliable coat tree and an easy solution to other wise lack of clothes organizing options.

horrible customer service
we ordered a cherry coat rack (keep in mind cherry is the only color option available on this site for that item) and it came as light oak.i tried to get it exchanged, but they were going to make me pay for shipping cause "it wasnt their fault."i dont know whose fault it is, but i ordered a cherry, i got something totally different, and their "customer service" didnt service me, and wasnt customer friendly.never again.

poor quality - brittle plastic, wobbly connections
I was excited to find such a modern-looking coat tree to use for the kids' coats.I thought the combination of having a marble base with numerous hooks was a perfect match.In theory, lots of coats could hang from the hooks while not tipping over (because of the marble base.)WRONG.
