Poor quality
Not very good quality...
Very disappointed
I placed three orders for the photo frame coasters in a wood stand ( Total of 35 ). The packaging they came in was dirty as if they were left on a shelf for months. After opening them, the sides of most of the coasters were loose. I could have glued them back together, but when you are purchasing something you shouldn't have to fix them yourself. I was very disappointed not only with the product, but also with the response from Amazon. The replacement sets that I received were just as bad. I questioned about quality control and the response was that sometimes things are good and sometimes bad. Not a kind of response from such a large company that you would expect.

Bought them for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. She really liked them, and if you like to display pictures and use coasters in rooms that are casual, these are great for you. ... Read more

Excellent product.The stone absorbs liquid quite well.It looks simple but actually quite elegant.Better than any plastic or cork-type of coasters I have ever used.Other stone coasters have all kinds of pictures on them, many of which would not go with most people's decor.

the coaster are great but the holder sucks
I got the set and it looked beautiful when I pulled it out of the box.However, when I placed the coasters in the holder, the sides fell off.I tried everything to glue them back but nothing has worked so far - they keep falling off.So, I now dont even bother with the sides and just place them on the base.The coasters are great though - it's just the holder that sucks!
