The rack is good looking. It arrived with several cracks (the wood is very hard) but a little glue fixed same. The wheels would not stay on but it doen't move around in the closet. Learned my Lesson - Read reviews before buying!
The only way I was able to salvage the rack and make use of it for holding the caps was to use old-fashion clothes pins.The little clips that came with the rack for holding the caps DON'T HOLD THEM AT ALL!!!I threw them all away.

What a Waste of Money
I ordered this item looking for a reasonable way to hang all of my hats on my closet door and be able to hang and remove my hats easily.This product DOES NOT DO THE TRICK.It is a waste of money!!!The clips that claim to hold the hats in place do not even come close to holding up the hat.I dont know how this picture was taken of the product holding hats, but clearly some other method was used as these clips cannot possibly hold even one hat as it is shown.
