Satisfied here.
I bought my Garment Rack directly from my local Target. So I can not evaluate the experience of ordering this item over the web. However, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product. It is made from sturdy steel. Mine came well packed and in prestine condition. All of the parts were accounted for and assembly was a snap.
One pole missing and order shipped poorly
Rack will only go as high as a pair of pants off the floor.

Excellent value for the money
I am woefully short of storage space and bought two of these racks based on the previous reviews and I am incredibly pleased with the quality. They were easy to assemble, are easy to adjust and move. inexpensive, easy shoe solution
It took me about 10 minutes to set up this rack, including a few minutes to locate a hammer.It says no tools required, but a hammer with a cloth over the head (or a rubber mallet) is helpful to insert the poles into the side fittings.Immediately after setup, I noticed that I couldn't fit 5 pairs onto each rack. I could fit 4.5 for an overall total of 45 pairs, not 50 as it claims. I'm sure the capacity depends on individual shoe size. For reference, I'm a women's 7.5.Another item of note is the short distance between racks. Some are about 5 in. apart so it's a little tricky if you have wedges with 4-5 inch heels.Boots only fit on the top rack.I just got the item, so it's too early to determine how sturdy it is with use, but the value of having 45 pairs of shoes on immediate display cannot be overstated.When I was loading up the racks, I found several shoes in boxes that I had forgotten I owned.Now I can't forget because they're right in front of me. ... Organized Caps
This is the best cap organizer I have seen. No more smashed caps in the back of a drawer or closet. There all there so you can see the collection you have accumilated. Although I prefer to use the basic 12 positions, there is room to hide a cap behind another to store 24 caps in all. If you have a lot of caps and need to get them all in one location. For $5 it is definitely worth the price...it holds 20-25 ties and works perfectly. This is great if you don't want to spend the money on the electric tie machines...the only issue is whether or not it is worth the $5 or so in shipping...if you can get to a store to purchase, I would do so and save yourself the shipping cost. sturdy even when over loaded
This coat tree has been a godsend to our lack of closet space.This winter we have loaded it down with winter coats, rain coats, knapsacks etc.. and it has stood steady and firm.Highly recommended as a reliable coat tree and an easy solution to other wise lack of clothes organizing options.

horrible customer service
we ordered a cherry coat rack (keep in mind cherry is the only color option available on this site for that item) and it came as light oak.i tried to get it exchanged, but they were going to make me pay for shipping cause "it wasnt their fault."i dont know whose fault it is, but i ordered a cherry, i got something totally different, and their "customer service" didnt service me, and wasnt customer friendly.never again.

Doesn't work
I agree with the other reviews.The concept is great, but there some kinks that need to be worked out.We own several of these bags, and within a day or so the bags reinflated.Also found the ziplock part at the top of the bag very difficult to seal.The actual ziplock bags had better seal than these bags.Not worth the money.Just buying expensive garbage bags.

Great Spacesavers!
Not sure what everybody's complaining about, these worked great for me. Freed up an entire closet shelf, and all of our bulky winter jackets now take up the space of just one!
Save your money
This product is junk.I ordered directly for ITW's website, it took 33 days to get delivered.When I did received the bags (which I had to go the to post office to pick up), I tried several only to find they leaked.After close inspection I could easily see a flaw in the manufacturing that caused the zip lock not to line up and the ends. Getting through to customer service was impossible and three voicemails were never returned.When I did get a response from the company they told me to ship the bags back and they will refund less the original shipping costs, so on a $50 order the shipping was $16 and it is going to cost me another $10 to ship it back, I will get $25 back and the can resell the bags (to another sucker). ...
