Silicone bakeware is hard to believe; for many, it takes an act of faith to use it for the first time. But after that, it's hard to remember using anything else. I love it!!!
I really like this pan.The seal is secure (no leaking). With the handles, it's easy to manage, even for someone with arthritis (like me).It's also very nice to have a glass botton showing through on a serving plate instead of a metal one.This is definitely a winner.

First, the reason I ordered this pan was I could not find a traditional copper or tin Cannele mold. My first attempt was not good and the cannele's did not come out and stuck very badly.
