A little bigger would make the Kaiser Springform pan better
I used my normal cheesecake recipe but found the Kaiser spring form to be too shallow to accomodate the entire recipe.I didn't measure it before hand, as it was a 10" pan like my CHEAP one.SO, in the future, I am afraid that for THAT one fabulous cheesecake recipe I will have to rely on my cheaper 10" pan.It WAS nice to have the glass bottom upon which to cut and serve the dessert.I would have given it five stars if it had been an inch and a half deeper.It just never occurred to me that the pan did not have the capacity I needed.

I couldn't be any happier with this product.I had just replaced my old metal bottom springform pan with a nice new one, about 3 weeks before the arrival of the glass bottom springform pan, used it once and gave it to my sons girlfriend.I was so happy with the new one that I bought two more for gifts.Both of the friends that I gave them to just love them.The cheesecake never tasted so good.I was a little concerned at first because it wasn't as deep as my old one but every thing was fine in the end. ... Small Pan - BIG Shipping Cost!!
The small cake pan was exactly as pictured and described.Using the pan was a positive experience---my grandkids loved having a cake just for them and the right size for them, with plenty of cake to go around.(It does help that one only eats the frosting.Ooops!)Grandma's do allow that. :)The cake released from the pan easily with no cake left behind and cleaning the pan was quick and easy.

Great product
The fact that you can cut on the base of the pan is a great advantage for serving. Handles 2 recipes of cheese cakes which is an advantage when cooking for a crowd.I also have a square pan of the same brand and find these pans to be of very high quality and value for money. The darker color compliments baking time as opposed to the reflective cheaper pans. A bonus is these pans are super easy to clean.

Better than a regular cake pan
We love our 13 x9 LaForme Springform from Kaiser. It is fantastic for bar cookies and layered cakes. The sides release from the pan and you can cut and serve right on the base. No more ruining the pan by cutting in it or destroying the brownies trying to get them out. I have never seen anything like this. What a great idea. Someone should have thought of this sooner. ...
