It's particularly good for things like layer cakes and small items, that can be hard to get out of the pan. Flip it over and twist the opposite corners, and it falls right out - in one piece with no gouges from trying to wedge it out of the pan. Cleanup is very easy too. Read more

Nice Size, But "Light" Weight...
I have a number of pieces of Llorente Silicon bakeware and love it.I'd been wanting some square pans, but hadn't seen them offered by Llorente.I saw these on Amazon's site and decided to give them a try.There wasn't any size listed (these are 9" X 9") but I was willing to use either of the standard square pan sizes and took a chance.If these work as well as Llorente, they'll be useful for my purposes (making yeast rolls).However, these are significantly lighter and more "flimsy" than Llorente, so I'd hesitate to use them for batters or items that need to set up. (Hence, my 3 rating.) I think the weight would force the sides outward and might cause some misshapen results.If there were a frame or rack available for these, that might provide a solution.Alternatively, you could probably use these as liners in your metal pans.That would save on clean-ups and would provide the flexibility which makes silicon bakeware so nice. ... I gave this as a gift and the recipient was very happy with the product.Like most Nordicware pans, it works best when used for traditional cake recipes.Things get a little sketchy when you start using non-standard flours and high-protein recipes although this pan is more forgiving thanother Nordciware pans with deeper patterns.

Bad, Bad, Not kidding! Non-sticking, yeah right!
Bought several wearever products and all of them after a few recipes stopped working as a non-sticking surface.The cakes started sticking, cookies would cook uneven,etc... The quality of anything from Wearever Pro products (I bought several of the pancombo packaegs) are not worth the price of admission.In fact, I have a cheap set of non-stick bakeware from a competitor (costing 1/3) the price and they are still working after 5 years. I will never buy anything from this company again and I reccommend the same for anyone intersted, buy something from another company, either more expensive or cheaper you can't do any worse. ...
