If you want a sophisticated cake ...
This pan offers the high quality of the Nordic Ware cake pans.Be aware there are cheaper versions of this pan that are sold, they are not cast Aluminum.So they do not bake as well as this heavier pan does.This pan really produces the design well, and it produces it everytime.I always like to grab this cake pan, when bringing a cake to someone.It makes it look like you went to so much more effort than what it really takes to make a cake.

Another success
Another wonderful bundt pan by Nordic Ware. They have mastered the bundt pan market. I have several pans and all, including this one, bake evenly. Best of all they turn out of the pan in one piece with such detail. They look beautiful, there is really no special trick to get the cakes to unmold so nicely, but I have found that if I butter and flour the pan, then let the cake cool for twenty minutes before unmolding they come out great every time. You will only need a little powered sugar for decoration. I also recommend the star bundt by Nordic ware. It is perhaps a more stricking design than this pan, but, use both for variety. ... what is leakproof ?
I bought this pan because it's leakproof. I thought it's perfect for cheesecake( because of waterbath ). Am I wrong? or I got the defect one. I poured some water in this pan, and water leaked. When I let this pan waterbath, water came inside this pan.

Crock pot cheesecakes!
I got this pan for making cheesecakes in a 5 quart round crock pot.(There are recipes for these on southernfood.about.com in the crock pot section.)This a good pan for this type of recipe!It's an unusual size, more than mini but less than full size.It's a great size for one or two people.(Standard recipes and pan sizes always make waaaaay too much for the small household.)
The Best Bakewear I Own!

Makes Bloomin' Beautiful Cakes!
This Nordic Ware bundt pan made a beautiful cake.This pan has a ten-cup capacity so I would caution new users to use about 2/3 of the batter of your full sized cake recipe in the pan and use the remainder for a couple of cupcakes in order to avoid overspill (I learned this the messy-oven way).The cake rose well and uniformly; the batter baked evenly, the chrysanthemum design was clear and sharp when the cake came out of the pan, and the cake was a golden brown. The finish on the pan helps the cake to separate evenly from the pan without sticking, but Nordic Ware recommends "Baker's Joy" as a flour/oil spray-on and I agree with them that it is a handy product to use with this type of pan and it cuts down the time it would take to smear shortening and distribute flour evenly into the configurative design of the pan.I usually top my bundts with powdered sugar or a glaze, but this didn't need any further embellishment.I would recommend Nordic Ware Bundt pans to anyone who would ask.

Simply Excellent!
Anyone who's struggled to remove a cake or cornbread or brownies from a so-called "non-stick" pan this is the pan for you.Simply excellent - I use the round cake pans and the 9' square pan, and everything I have ever baked slids out easily.These pans have the highest quality of teflon I've come across.Instructions for use of the pans is to bake at 25 degress less than the recipe states. Great quality, great product.

Very High Quality Pan!
This pan has a thick, durable non-stick finish and is a very heavy gauge metal. It is surprisingly heavy for its size. If you're looking for a very serious quality pan at a good price, this can't be beat. It could be the last 9x9 pan you buy.

An Outstanding Bundt Pan!!!
I am a Regular bundt baker. I have always used just the basic joe-schmo bundt pan...no biggie. With this Nordic Ware Rose pan, Oh my gosh! It just fell out with no effort on my part. With my other pan, I had to heavily grease and flour...and just pray it didn't stick too much. With the Nordic Ware, I lightly brushed with oil, and like pure heaven, my bundt came out so perfect! It cooked so evenly, and the inside so moist...such a huge difference, especially when it's with the same recipe that I have always used. I just love it! Last night, I bought 3 more Nordic Ware pans...the Poinsettia, (for the holidays), the Heart, (Valentines), and the basket weave with the fruit imprints on top. I know these pans are not cheap, BUT the quality of these pans, for me, makes all the difference in the world!

Must use Baker's Joy!
I have used this pan 4 times, and have finally perfected it on the 4th attempt.I swore that if it stuck on my last attempt that I would through the pan out the window.The first several times I only greased the pan and the cakes stuck 3 of the times.The key is using "Baker's Joy", a cooking spray you can find in your local grocery store or through the Nordicware website.This spray greases and flours in one.I used it last night and my cake literally fell out of the pan--it was wonderful.It also made the pan cleanup 100 times easier.Also, you can only fill the pan 3/4 of the way or it will spill over.

This pan does not work
I have tried to use this pan over and over, and it does not work.I have coated it with every type of non-stick grease I could think of, and the cake completely sticks every time.It even takes 3 - 4 washings in the dishwasher, plus hand scrubbing to get the pan clean again.I keep trying to get the pan to work because it was an expensive gift from my daughter, but I've given up. ... Great while the non-stick lasted.
This pan is one of the best ones I've used for cheesecakes, however, after several uses, I found that the non-stick began to peel off.For the price, I did not expect this.Perhaps, it was just a fluke, but for the next pan, I will try another brand.

Best darn springform pan ever!
Cannot beat this springform pan! It was able to handle my world famous Waldorf Astoria cheesecake recipe everytime. A joy to bake with, and clean-up is even easier!

Great pan, but why can't we buythe parts separately?
A good pan; great for cheesecakes, or any other kind of cakes (doesn't work for Jello salad, though!).It comes in 2 parts; the base, and the wall part. The buckle on the wall part is VERY sturdy, and the wall is reversible, so it's jusat as easy to use whether you're right-handed or left-handed.But I inadvertently scratched the base (it's easy to do!), and it seems there's no way to just buy another base without buying the whole unit.So if you buy one, be CAREFUL not to scratch the base; don't get a metal knife anywhere near it! Nonstick at first, then degrades
I've had this pan for about 5 years. The first batches worked great and I bought pans for everybody, but slowly more and more bits stuck to the pan. I'm using the same cake recipe, so I can only conclude it's the pan that's changing.
Nordic Multi Bundt Pans
I saw these in another catalog and would have had to pay shipping and thought they were expensive until I got the product. I purshased another 6 cakes bundt with different designs. I used the cooking spray and hoped for the best. I made a banana muffin recipie, wrapped them indivudually and put a bow ribbon and gave to my clerical pool as a breakfast treat. The folk were impressed because of the detailing of the muffins and they tasted great. I loved the individual cakes and the pan was wonderful. I have bought several other designs and use them for special occasions.
