Great product and Teflon is not toxic when comsumed...
I bought this product...great price for the set. It does what the other reviews have said and includes those as well. I just wanted to mention that Teflon is not reactive when consumed so it will just pass through your system. And as for the fume that comes out of it at high tempertaure...most of us don't own ovens/stoves that heat up the pans 570F+ so no need to worry about the fumes (which causes illness).

Awesome!
I was so excited to find this pan.It is absolutely wonderful.I ordered two and if I had more kitchen space I'd get two more!I used them to make mini lemon cheesecakes for a wedding shower and they were a hit!Removing the cheesecakes was simple and clean up was a beeze.VERY highly recommended!

I love this pan! It makes the cutest cheesecakes. However, be sure not to fill the cups too full and the cheesecakes are best if you press the crust up the sides (use a shot glass to do this). I found a recipe online after some hunting that turned out great. I can't wait to experiment more.

I love this pan! Makes the perfect single serving size. The first time I used this, I baked single servings of chocolate mousse cake. It was simple to use, and it was pretty easy to clean too. It was really helpful as making single serving chocolate mousse cake before was tedious as I had to use a cookie cutter to shape the cake and mold the mousse. Wish I had bought two instead of one when it was on sale.

I couldn't believe it.
I confess to being sceptical of the claims I read in the other reviews, regarding, in particular, how well the non-stick coating works. However, I am pleasantly surprised and agree with all the reviews I read.The pans are solid and heavy..well made. They are easy to handle and I like the sure-grip holders.Mostly, this is the first and only product I have tried with a non-stickcoating that actually works consistantly.I have a tendancy to cook things with marinades and sauces and the liquids coat and burn and have been impossible to clean well with other products and have resulted in the coatings coming off during cleaning.With this product, it is amazing how easy it cleans, even when it appears to have burned and crusted material on the surface of the pan.An easy scrubbing with a sponge(not even the scrubby side) and all comes off like it is sliding off a slick surface.Wonderful.And the price is very reasonable compared to many other expensive products out there.Thank you. A well designed set
I am very impressed with this set. The pans are of heavy guage steel and have rolled edges.I had 3 pounds of chicken on the cookie sheet and with a one handed lift the pan did not flex as my other pans did, again heavy guage steel.The handles and the nonstick surface have had no problems at 450 degrees. Other brands that I have used deteriorate rapidly at 400 degrees or above. Keep in mind I am not a cook and by my very method of cooking (set oven to high and wait til you smell something burning) I am very hard on pans of any kind. AirBake Cake Pan
This is the second of this type cake pan I have owned. The other was ruined due to a cake that was left in it for six weeks while we were out of state. I never use any other kind of pan for my cakes since I have this kind of pan. My cakes always come out level, never stick,never burned or over browned. I also have the cookie sheets and they are great too. I wish I could find a muffin tin but understand theyno longer are available.

Bakes well, hasn't held up as well as I'd like
I bought this pan a few months ago. I haven't had any problems baking in it -- I really like the fact that cakes and brownies cook more evenly without excessive browning at the edges. Unfortunately every time I cut the cake, brownies, bar cookies or whatever I've made, the knife scars the pan. Scratches and marks are fine -- I'm talking tiny chips and dings coming out of the pan. I don't know if this means I've got extra sharp knives or if the pan is made of extra soft metal, but I haven't had similar problems with my other cookware. In the future I'll be careful to use dull knives as much as possible.

Burn queen no more.
I am the infamous queen of burning everything, and this pan really has helped my status. My mom has one of these and I really wanted one. I got it and it is worth it. I love that it comes with it's own lid. I used to make a cake, stick toothpicks all over it and cover it with saran wrap, but now I don't even have to take it out of the pan. Great and esay to use
Really heavy pans, easy to use. First cake came out perfect!

a great novelty pan
I used my pan for the first time today and was quite pleased with the results!I expected that I would have to make it at least twice to figure out where I went wrong.It worked quite nicely the first time around.I would offer these tips to help make it easier.While I did use the box's recipe, you really do have to pay attention to what "half full" really is when you put the batter in.I was a bit short on the white batter on the last pan, but was able to dip out a bit of the chocolate batter to make it nicely even.Also I used a cooking spray on the divider on two of the cake layers and did one without just to see and it was much better with the cooking spray.I also decided to use a large piping bag for each of the batters to help me to fill up the rings.It seemed much faster that way.My checkerboards came out perfectly!I was really pleased!I might add more chocolate next time.I wish that there were 3 different dividers to make it faster, though.

Wonderful Transaction

Garbage
I bought this about two years ago and immediatly started using it. For a short period of time it worked just fine... and then everything started to stick to it. I finally through this in the garbage due to a coffee cake being stuck in there and not coming out, and no amount of cleaning would restore the pan. I will admit that I'm not a great cook, but I followed all the precautions for a non-stick pan and never overcooked anything. So, for me, this was a big letdown.

I've baked 15+ cakes using various ingredients and every single one of the cakes has turned out excellent.I turn the temperature down by 25 degrees as is recommended on the label, and while every cake I've baked in these pans has come out a bit lighter in color than if I had used a regular pan, none of the cakes have ever come out dry or inedible.(True, part of the science behind this is dependent upon your oven temperature.)One thing worth noting is these pans cool down fairly quickly so you can just about wash them almost soon after (about 5 minutes) you take your cake out of the pan. ... Bad idea if you are thinking cheesecakes
I thought the four 4.5 inch springform pans would be equivalent to one 9.0 inch springform pan.After all, the areas are equal, i.e. 4 * 2.25 * 2.25 * pi == 4.5 * 4.5 * pi.I thought I could use the recipe for a 9-inch cheesecake and have 4 4.5-inch cheesecakes that tasted the same but were a more convenient size for giving as gifts.
Kaiser La Forme Mini Springform pans w/stencils
The springform pans are as I expected form Kaiser products but the stencils are "cheesy", being made from thin cardboard or plastic. These stencils will not last long. Having chosen Kaiser because they had stencils with the pans was a waste of money. Choose cheaper set and make your own stencils.

Great Light Weight Cake Pan
Although this pan is surprisingly light weight, it's wonderful for upside down cakes. There aren't as many pineapple molds as there are pineapple slices in a 20 ounce can (which the included recipe calls for), but you can easily work around it. The enclosed recipe for upside down cake makes a very heavy, moist cake, but the batter was a little unsweet for my taste, so I added extra bwon sugar, and I will definitely use this pan and recipe many, many more times.

Works well when used as intended - not for heavy protein cakes
As some of the reviews below reveal, this cake pan was manufactured to be used for the traditional pineapple upside down cake.it performs as intended when you use a standard store-bought mix or common recipe for upisde down cake.If you get all experimntal and use heavier flours with far more protein content, you cake is gonna stick.if you must use a custom low-carb recipe, you are better off making your cake in a rectangle pan.

great cheesecake out of this pan
i saw this pan on a cooking show.when i saw it on amazon, i had to get it.it is the best springform pan i have used.the edge makes it much easier to remove the cake off the pan, and put it on a plate.

Great pan...good design.
I am a pastry chef, and this is the pan I use every day. In fact I am ordering four more tonight. Since the pan is dark, if you are going to bake for a long time, I suggest you line the pan with Reynolds non-stick foil. I do for ease of de-panning, but it also helps keep crusts from overbrowning.
The perfect cheesecake pan!
This pan is the best cheesecake pan I've used. My cheesecakes bake evenly and NEVER leak (I bought it to replace one that cost the same amount but leaked all over my oven). Highly recommend. I've never had anything burn on the bottom, so if you have that problem, have your oven calibrated, or make sure you put the pan in the center of the oven - not too close to the heating element. My cheesecakes come out perfectly every time. I will never buy another brand!
