Ideal for ME...
I wanted to replace an old Teflon-coated 5/8 qt. pan that I used for melting butter, as well as for heating small amounts of gravy or other items. I was searching for a good saucepan for this use that was not pricey. For about $10 this pan answered that need... and the pour spout on it really IS non-drip.

Most used pan in my kitchen!
Perfect! This is of course good to warm butter or make a little bitty sauce - but who does that every day? We use it to heat the cream for our coffee, reheat the cold tea or soup, and make real hot chocolate last thing at night. Good balance on the stove and cleans up easy. Cute too!

More than one
I have two of these Warmers and use them for much more than butter - especially around the holidays.They are heavy duty, which you don't see by the pciture, and are also great for melting chocolate, cheese, scalding milk, and much more.If you need a smaller pan for cooking project, I stongly recommend this one!!

Wonderful little pan!

Handy grilling accessery
I have two of these little sauce pots. I put them on the barbecue while I am grilling.The sauce or melted herb butter stays hot and there is no messy dripping because the pot is right next to the items being grilled.I only gave it 4 stars because the directions say not to use soap, just water, to clean it.You have to use soap to get it clean.It doesn't hurt the pan.Just dry it quickly and oil it before putting it away.

A versatile little pot!
I'm replacing all my cookware with Lodge Logic.This little pot seemed like a luxury item, since I expected to use it to melt chocolate and butter or scald milk.But I cook and bake a lot so decided to treat myself to a specialty item.

I just bought this All-Clad LTD Butter Warmer from my local Viking Culinary Arts center.
